Girl it is so good to fangirl over stuff with you! 🤗

Just copy-pasting a youtube comment under that mv. I agree with this. The lyrics beautifully suits the character of Basit.

"The Ost implies that the character of Basit is scared to fall in love but deep down he is actually in desperate want of love"

Likewise buddy🤗❤️

Use this link to listen to the cute guitar strumming background score that Habs uses. Hopefully the link will work.

If not, try this: https://sndup.net/dbmk/

For some reason, I never paid attention to it before😲 Quite nice

Channa Mereya has Wahi na? I've only seen one scene while watching BPKH where the leads were bickering over his half-naked body😆 I'm assuming he's an angry young man there?

It is always good to have a break from the overdone angry young man trope and yes! Ritesh is that! Though he has his moments of anger. I have to catch up with last few episodes.

And Karan Wahi in CM is not only angry young man but mean ass villain. He is pretty much negative at the moment.

And I love it that despite not believing/having issues with women he doesn't let that overpower him. He behaves well with them all(except for his mom). 👍🏼 Quite a sorted and honest guy there! Props to him for telling the truth about the marriage you know otherwise all shows just show the guy marrying the girl claiming to love her when the reality is sth else.

@b Is that so? I haven't watched it...thought this is his first calm guy wala types. Is that show any good?

Yeah they both are right in their own ways.I liked that after marriage office interactions and the little awkwardness they felt 😆 His friend advising him to tell her the truth...I hope he follows that asap.

The balm scene and the scene where he's crying near the bed....I'm looking forward to those

the scene where he sits near the bed crying is already done toh! It is with the flashback scene when he remembers the discussion between his parents before his mom left.

Dil Kya Karey I did not watch fully, watched the first and last episodes. but yes his character is that of a very giving, loving, calm restrained sort of guy. Yumna Zaidi is there also and they have a bengali song in it.

This music struck me the first time when Basit returns to the office after making that deal with Ayesha's mother. He walks in and looks at Ayesha working at her desk. The look in his eyes at the moment is one that combines an open innocence with a pinch of disbelief. Like he is looking at her and sees the girl he will be married to for the rest of his life. He understands that this woman will have power over him that he has allowed no woman till then. And there is just that bit of need in his expression as well, that hints at his desperate want for love which he has buried so deep within him that he doesn't know about it himself. As he looks at her, others look at him. Through his eyes he tells them to look away and get back to their work and then leaves. Ayesha is clueless about this whole thing. That was such a beautiful scene....

He gets angry?😲 when? Are you talking about Zoon's careless mother wala anger or something else?

@b in that case, I'm gonna give it a pass for the time being😆 In no mood to watch such MLs rn.😆

I will have to give it a watch too... the scene was in one of the early episodes when he remembers how his mother left him...but i might be wrong. Now I feel less sure about this...🤪
