1.Ak says sorry to abhi holding his hands and making him to getup. She feels she is responsible for this accident . Everytime she is reason for his problems. She was reaching him in auto and can't stop this accident.
2.Ak again in their bedroom says sorry to abhi when he is not getting up.
3. Ak said sorry admitted infront of all that it's all because of her. Self blaming of ak is best instead of others pointing out or she pointing others.
This is ulta to Ar who blames others first instead of seeing mistakes in her deeds.

Ar is told as not good human being and a good doctor by abhi and termination done. When Ar is shown in prior accidents time she never went ahead and saved anyone on her own except ak from jhumar.
Her unknowingly done deeds and unintentionally done khaands are affected on ak and abhi always. This time she has not thought of her own life and saved abhi who is her worst enemy always kicks her ego badly. Whether she has done with plan ahead or simply change in her this way for her redemption as human need to be seen.
She can change as better person and have good career too slowly . (If any)
Last fire accident she was standing and not affected to abhi. She took ak credits and entered birlas made everyone believe she is the saviour then. When they gave fake credits she kept quiet . This car accident time she saved genuinely keeping her ego and fights aside and her life at risk. Till shefali told truth she was quiet infront of all .
Ak dialogues of galatiyon se seekhke aage bhadna during ladoo making time in Ar shadi time. Ar is making her ladoo prepared for Neil as bait to get Birla kutta tag 😂 in her way.
