Yogurt soju is kind of sweet. So it might be appropriate for all the non drinkers here 😆

There are two types. One which is fermented, the one you tried and the other is fresh kimchi which doesn't taste sourish at all. I prefer the latter but the first one makes damn good jeon (Korean Pancake)

oh I had no clue about this...may be then kimchi fried rice is made with fresh ones ?

Both can be used. Depends on the chef and personal taste 🙂

Can anyone tell me if there are any savoury Korean instant noodles available? I dont like the sweet ones. We have a tiny selection of brands on Amazon. Nongshim? Samyang?

I have tried the spicy Buldak ones, they are sweet. But I am assuming all of them will be a mix of sweet n spicy since that's how they are meant to be? So no ramyeon for me.
