Come on yar, this is not bashing thread, we came here because we understand both are right and both are wrong at the same time.

Is imlie's gudiya obsession justified? No. Because gudiya has her mother and family. If say anyone else was gudiya's mother, imlie would simply hand her over and probably meet her sometimes.

But since Malini is mother, who hates imlie and hates others because of Imlie, imlie's obsession to save gudiya is understandable. Imlie's trauma is triggered here.

Is Aryan's chiku obsession justified? No.

Because chiku was also her child and her loss is equal and probably even more than him.

But because he has lost people in his life before and loss of chiku triggered that fear, trauma and protective instincts. He lashed out which is understandable.

I agree ki Aryan is very wrong abhi, but the larger the dam is, there will be a bigger destruction when it breaks. Same has happened with him. Abhi track start hua hai, abhi se kyu judgment pass karna? Let's see how it unfolds.

I think the thing that one has to notice is how well they excuted the plot: from the moment Malini entered Rathore Mansion, it was an Abhimanyu in the Chakravhyu situation—die if you do, die if you don't. Both of them, especially Aryan, had an overwhelming sense of imminent doom. That things will fall apart.

And they did. Unlike other idiotic things that turn ITV MLs cray cray, loss of a child is truly devastating even irl. VK nickname #2 or VK nickname #n won't replace what Cheeku meant or could have been to either of them. Children cannot be replaced. Couples do drift apart irl too.

This wasn't even a natural miscarriage. So one is stuck in this cycle of could-have-been. It's easy to live when there is an explicable reason to why something so traumatic happens. The first instict is to apportion blame on something or someone so YOU, as an INDIVIDUAL, stop reliving the things you should have or could have done to prevent the uncontrollable situation.

They both accused each other at the same time even when they knew that neither was at fault. The pointless fight was just there to hurt each other. Aryan was honestly just the bigger asshòle; his dialogues were cruel but also contradictory. Imlie was very clear to hold him accountable.

He was just shadowboxing her with whatever shit came to his mind till he namedropped Nalla on her. He knew he had hit the point of no return without ever meaning it. He had a death wish right after that lol. What I really think this assh-le is doing is self-destruct in guilt. Him letting her walk away is also some twisted punishment on himself. No sympathy for his idiocy here.

But unlike the nàllas of ITV and Gulverse, Aryan has a mile-long survivor's guilt, 100 tonnes of shame, and an actual understanding of repentence.

I don't think anyone will bash Imlie for walking away apart from online Ammas because Aryan will hate himself 10-fold more than we do. That's just Aru. Comparing him to child-kidnappers and bigamists is a bit much because neither Aryan nor Imlie are spineless mofos

Also, they started the leap with a cold-open, we don't have Aryan's monologues yet so just ranting off rn doesn't give me as much satisfaction.

To be precise both of them were being an Ass to each other today and it was actually a 50-50 blame game, None of the 2 is actually to be blamed here it was just to accuse/hurt the other Matlab galti actual mein dono mein se kisi ki bhi nhi hai but ye zabardasti galtiyan bana rahe hai taki ek dusre ko blame kar sake. Imlie accused Aryan for not taking care of Gudiya which lead to the baby being in danger for which Imlie had to run up the stairs, OK sounds weird but valid as well. Aryan accused Imlie of running up the stairs despite his warning saying she did not trust him with Gudiya bcz the baby is AKT's child but this is valid but weird too. Why? If that was the case as Aryan thinks than Imlie would not have let him even in the periphery of Gudiya post knowing whose child is it but did Imlie do that? No right than what makes Aryan think so? Basically own insecurities and the blame game. Aryan is not able to deal with the fact that he lost yet another apne, he is in shock that the history has repeated, it is too much for him to bear that's why his entire rationality has gone down the drain proof is the Aryan-Sundar scene today. Sundar is the one stating facts to Aryan that it was an accident, it could happen to anyone, in a different situation but look at Aryan: he is blank, it's like he is not able to even hear other people now, it's all about what he has accepted in his mind and this fog inside his brain will take a lot of time to be clear.

Think of it from a different perspective If Imlie had gone to BT that day instead and there happened a fire accident in which some employees kid gets stuck and Imlie notices this child when she is about to escape out, so she goes inside instead too pick up the kid and then proceed towards safety together during the time she is proceeding with this the electric meter catches fire leading to a blast, Imlie and the kid are discovered together where the kid is safe but Imlie is severely injured and is bleeding, so when they take her to the hospital it is discovered that she miscarried. So? What Imlie was supposed to do back when she discovers the kid? she was pregnant right chod dena chahiye tha usko baache ko and would have focused on herself instead. Didn't she deliberately push herself in danger to save the child. Agar Aryan iss wali situation mein Imlie ko bacche ko bachane ke liye blame karta to hamara reaction kya hota? We would have never supported Aryan in that case. Why? Bcz this was some random kid involved and it had nothing to do with AKT.

So, Aryan AKT ko kyu laa raha hai ab beech mein? Go back to the last track when Aryan thinks Cheeku is Madhav's baby but he says he loves Cheeku bcz he is Imlie's baby as well. So for Aryan it is ok to love a baby bcz it is a part of your own lover. And this is the same thinking that makes Aryan think ki maybe that is why Imlie loves Gudiya when the truth is not this. As I said, Imlie would have saved some random baby as well who was stuck in danger right infront of her eyes. But it is Aryan who is bringing AKT in this. So, How do we know ki Imlie's obsession with Gudiya has nothing to do with AKT? Imlie's all monologs with Gudiya says it all, monologues are a character's internal communications when no one is watching so if even in her internal communications she hasn't mentioned AKT even once how do u reach the conclusion that she loves Gudiya bcz of AKT.

In sab mein the only thing weird was the intensity of obsession they have shown in Imlie for Gudiya, that's the only thing that does not make sense.

I don't think Aryan ever was insecure of Gudiya's paternity. I think the fight was just intended to hurt each other and in his idiotic rage name-dropped Nalla because that'd hurt her the most. He knew he had hit the point of no-return as soon as he finished the sentence and immediately clarified that he did not doubt her love for him. Uske baad banda went quiet and had a death-wish.

The one valid thing he did say was prefaced by whatever bs his pain-addled brain could muster.

*I think so* Fahmaan is too good and humble an actor to needlessly improvise and eff up the storyline. Moresoever, his dialogues had no narrative coherence, he went from "Tumhari Gudiya-Mera Cheeku" to "Li'l Miss mere saath safe thi" within seconds.

Like, if you see their fight in continuation, he only counters only those accusations of Imlie which he did not commit. Like, the moment she says you thought of Gudiya and I as "others" because of her father; he fires up immediately.
