we all have breaking points when we don't care and our hearts become hard. it is only way to survive the pain. so makes sense that aryan would do that -- she is the physical reminder of what he lost. if she leaves, he can grieve and recover himself. he is also tired beyond exhuastion -- that is what happens when you overindulge in a relationship to the point where your needs, insecurities and fears have become hidden. like a volcano, it burst. now he needed distance. 🤷

He said to Sundar - I understand you will defend your friend but please don't say she is right today. I think he wants her to understand the value of life and death. Today both faced the consequences somewhere someone should stop so he took the bait maybe she will realize one day. It's not new to see him stand like that, during marriage track he made himself bad Infront of her and consumed everything from her. He isn't AKT to purposely hurt her, so he needs time to hold and recover himself. This is what happens when things goes beyond patience and they gets exhausted.

the thing is I am tired of seeing aryan continously grovel and say sorry. it has gotten to a point where I am downright annoyed.

imagine if a woman continously did that regardless of what her husband did. instead of him apologizing, she continously takes the blame and says it was her mistake when it was his decision -- if we watched such a drama, we would be throwing chappals at the tv. I certainly would. what is good for the goose is good for the gander. if a man can be wrong, so can a woman. no one loses respect by admitting they are wrong. instead we become better people when we can admit our flaws and course correct. I don't understand why the CVs won't show it. even cartoon characters for little babies will admit they are wrong. 🤦

Yeah totally agree that's where the 50/50 fails and it definitely is tiring.

It's not like I'm expecting a change but still hoping for it.

They balance imlie's mistake by making aru commit bigger mistakes hahah. But that's if we talk about the narrative, which is itv in general for you.

If we talk about them as persons, then everyone is capable of making mistakes, even best of us have been stupid a lot of times.

It's ITV so I'm not keeping any expectations that Imlie will be shown apologising or as a matter of fact introspecting where she went wrong. But I do.wish to see her apologising in this case ..

In this separation the both are wrong equally, so.both should apologise .

Pooja.....Even after 500episodes and showing Imlie being an earning lady, they still want to show her not capable of having a proper bag/suitcase to pack her possessions. Isn't that itself a hint that they are not interested in bringing any changes in her? Plus her using a 4-5yrs old child in her sting operation, that too in the night. Seriously? Where is her mamta in using a kid who probably has some illness (if she is Gudiya) in such conditions? We are just heading towards another round of heroic journey of Sr. & Jr. Imlie. That's it. Hence I don't have any hopes regarding Imlie's character development. 😏

I also wondering, last time she left she had a suitcase and where it went now ?? When she earning she can afford durable slippers and suitcase why to show her like that, I don't understand. I already prepared for the worst too after seeing today episode so no expectations. Don't know whether CVS will show her progress or history repeats till end of the show, let's see. It would be nice when both realize where things went wrong, apologize and come back stronger together.

You both wrote the same thing - that he is tired and is exhausted. That might be a reason.

Also, now that I have noticed that Imlie is back with her potli, I think he too would have noticed it and have realized that all his efforts till date (starting from that chopstick incident) to bring in some changes in her had gone in vain and that there is no use anymore in holding her back.

I really cringed when I saw the kid -- she is putting a child in danger? and somehow that will be acceptable to moms and TRP aunties? meanwhile in our association, one overprotective mom got upset when some old aunty told her son to stop driving the cycle in circles like the energizer battery rabbit. 🤷

one thing to put herself in danger but CVs are at risk of having TRPs drop if they show the same with a kid.... this isn't shaktiman 🤷
