Leaving out AbhiRa, I even liked the Birla siblings. They act like normal cousins - a little insecurity, but a lot of love. I really don't want the bitter Satan entering Birla household and messing everything up. She actually is number 1 in causing problems and creating bitterness.

The episode, inspite of Abhira content didn’t appeal to me. Abhi’s (over)excitement for Akshu felt a little OTT to me and forced.

Can nerve damage repair itself ? Not sure. I heard in S1 the ML was comatose or unwell for several years. Not sure if the makers will drag the miracle cure no end.

@Bold: I feel the same way - which would be so wrong though. On one hand, we have a doctor who ran into a burning building to save his patients and his partner, which is how he got injured. On the other, we have an arrogant a-hole who almost killed off her patient due to her negligence and then tried to bully her way to freedom.

At this point in time, I have even venom for Satan, that if vultures flew away with her, I would happily munch on her cake watching her scream.

Abhi's excitement (I think) comes from the fact that Akshu is thinking about herself and her future for the first time. Remember he showed her the wall of achievements with space carved out for her? It seemed excessive to all of us, but that is the Birla upbringing. Akshu is by nature a very giving person - she has put Aaru, Sirat, Kairav, Bade Papa, Manjari, Abhi everyone above her own wants and needs. So for her to come up with something that could lead to professional recognition is a huge deal for Akshu and an even bigger deal for Abhi, who has wanted her success more than she has herself. And it might also be to compensate for the fact that he is hiding something so huge from her.

Nerve damage can repair itself depending on the degree of damage. But severe nerve damage does require surgery/grafts and a lot of physical therapy. If they try to be medically correct, Abhi will take almost the same time to have a normal functioning hand (I think?) as Satan's suspension. Which I really don't want. Let there be some sort of miracle.🤣

Season 1 lead was in a coma for 4-5 years I think. He woke up himself but no miracle as far as I remember.
