That's a good question. I think if NSG does something "good" then Neil may fall for her. He tends to forgive easily. And he may be understanding that she was scared but this is not the way to handle things. See if the writers were smart they make Neil say these things to Arohi to start the journey of the couple. But I guess the PH want to keep Arohi black to cause drama and trouble and maybe the marriage that happens is sort of a forced arranged marriage. Arohi will only marry Neil to get into the Birla household to cause trouble for Abhira. She may marry Neil only because he stands to inherit Birla Hospital and one day become the CEO. That is the only way I can think Arohi would ever marry Neil.
