Is Kashmir files worth a watch ?

I saw a list of highest grossing indian films and the highest one post pandemic in Hindi is Kashmir files ? Is it worth a watch ?

it's not exactly a masala movie meant for entertainment. It's a fictional account of a very real and brutal genocide that happened in Kashmir. so what do you mean by worth watching?

I can read about it, or perhaps watch documentaries on it just for educational purposes and to gain some insights on it. I personally don't have the appetite for that kind of content otherwise. so I don't know what to tell you. Go for it if you think you can watch it.

Yes. Because they tried depicting most brutal assaults on Kashmiri pandits in the early 90s and though the screenplay sucks, they tried their best to show what actually happened in contrast to the romanticised version by vidhu vinod Chopra
