When last day AC says about medical bill it self one plot came into my mind.

Actually there is a Bengali novel , then it remake into one malayalam movie also .

Two friends , their wives give birth at almost similar time and one of the woman dies in delivery it self , both friends were artist , when the widower get opportunity to go abroad, other couple adopt the child , but in mean time due to disease the child dies , then they rise their own daughter as adopted daughter…

I feel same goes here … with or without knowledge of Aryan imlie to hide the identity she may relocate to pd .
