Well nobody is stopping them for protesting. They have unions. I have a low threshold for mediocrity. This show has declined and everyone collectively is responsible for it. Crew, cast, makers, PH. Everyone. And they will find another job. New shows are coming up all the time. Theres webshows, movies, tv, ads. Enough business for them.

Shes doing it out of her politness. She may have met his parents during his wedding, or on set. Parents may have been good hosts. So in that respect, she simply wished. I dont think it's buttering. Its just her being collegial. Her appreciation post for NB was almost certainly channel /Ph diktat.

You see a post by your costar about a happy birthday, you wish. Its a reflex. Thats it. Theres not much to say or do about that. I don't think its overboard. She has randomly wished strangers who follow her on their birthday if she happens to see their comment about it and she has a moment to reply.

Its like people wishing their FB acquaintances on FB even though they havent talked to them in ages.

No I don't find Ayesha wishing NB's Mom wrong, I guess all the cast wished his Mom under his comment section including Vankar, we know NB & his wife's behaviour, but his Mom might be warm with her, she visited the set 2-3 times, I guess, so Ayesha might've felt the genuineness in her and felt a warmth then nothing wrong to wish and no nobody got riled up by that comment, it was harmless comment and indeed sweet on her part and it actually proves her bigger heart and she also coming out clean that she has no issues with NB or his wife it's them who has issues, strategic move also in a way.

Everyone else and NB and Ayesha and NB are two different equations..now if you say “sab apna apna ghar jatein hai” toh the bday comment doesn’t make sense..Human psyche has a limit for everything.. It’s humanly impossible for anyone to be this polite...everyone except Ayesha is cool with NB and Fam.(public says).. everyone else can wish.. there was absolute no reason for her to wish his mother on Instagram that too on NB’s profile!! Clean the mess check... post stuff related to sairat check... clean up stuff for other cast members check...all is fine, but wishing mummy ji on Instagram on NB’s profile!! Nope!! Two thumps down.. bad taste!!! If Vihaan is called out for being a chamcha or a clout chaser or “one of her minions” then why not Ayesha for over-politeness, which kinda looks phoney!

Ayesha doesn't need to do chamchagiri.. She has managed to make her own position..

NB and his wife no ranbir deepika that she needed to buttering..

If Ayesha wanted to do buttering or create rosy picture about neilsha she could have done that on several interviews..

NB's mother is an elderly person. As neerja said she must have visited the set on and off, so Ayesha must have commented out of certacy..i don't mingle with all my peers but still I have to maintain certain formalities with them like wishing them on anniversary or their child's birthdays ..And I don't think Neil and Ayesha fights like cats and dogs on set..

I don't think she has created any mess on social media.. Some gossip mongers will just nitpick everything that is happening.. By the way what will she gain by creating social media mess..

By the way Ayesha is polite to all the crew members.. That's said by her own workmates and crews..

I dont think vihaan is a chamcha either. I think he is just not too talented. But then again he barely gets a chance to show his acting chops. Him, sneha, mitaali, yash have all been reduced to props.

I dont think this wishing thing should be an issue at all. It seems like a simple thing - she saw something on her feed about a birthday - she wished. She does that even for strangers. She'd do the same if vankar posted a birthday wish for his wife/kid, mitaali posted birthday wishes for her kid/husband etc too. It's just a polite thing. She saw it, she had time, she commented. Thats all.

Even if she didn't know his mom personally, she may have just seen a birthday thing in her SM feed, had some time, decided to post a quick comment. She wishes fans whom she doesn't know whenever she can. Its just basic decency. I'm certain she'd do it for all her co-stars if she saw it posted on SM. Although many people may opt to celebrate the events of close ones in real and not always broadcast it on SM- so if thats the case, she won't know so she cant post.

Not chamchagiri per se, but this much of over politeness is highly impossible!! Nobody has that god like patience! This level of politeness is very phoney.

That’s what i said ~~ with Vankar and Mitali it’s a polite thing to do.. with NB it’s very phoney..!!

why though. he's a coworker. shes not the one with issues. from her side she has always kept a friendly outlook. its just a simple wish. When she can wish strangers she never met, she can see a birthday wish in her feed and comment. ismein aisa kya bawaal hai...whats there to be phoney or chamcha in a birthday wish?! its much ado over nothing.

If she's truly being phoney or chamcha, what does she gain out of it?
