Mujhe bhi aisa lag raha hai. They have edited definitely edited some parts amd the show is going to end in 4-5 epsiodes. Ab sab jaldi jaldi dikha rahe hain.
Before I start, I wanna say that I actually really liked this episode. We got story progression and character development.
I'll start with Hala and Hamza. Their scenes today had my heart. Hala repeatedly calling Hamza to apologize and then Hamza coming home with roses as an apology was such a sweet gesture. Then we had Halza mirror scene where Hamza kept complimenting his wife and praised her for standing up for herself against his own mother. In the end, we got the study room scene where they talk about the limits of hatred and love. Hamza is such a ideal husband at this point. So in summary, we had an abundance of Halza scenes and moments which make this episode worth watching.
Unfortunately, she didn't get to confess the truth to Hamza or at least that's implied. I don't know if they'll show that she somehow told him the truth off-screen and SJ's tactics won't work, but I doubt Hamza knows the truth.
Then we see a change in Khurram a night or so before his engagement. He finally recalls his mom's words about him trapping an innocent girl for his own selfish desires and he decides to accept his destiny. He forgives Hala, or so he says to SJ, and wants to move forward in life with Sameen. So yes, he is shown to be a positive character in this episode. And I actually loved his and Sameen's engagement scenes because they look really cute together.
SJ's state is almost pathetic and that's hilarious. Hala stood up to her, called her a chameleon in front of Raees and even challenged SJ that she'll tell her truth to Hamza in front of her. Khurram insults SJ so blatantly and keeps challenging her to expose him if she dares 🤣 But she still got her small wins here and there, all because Hala is still not strong enough to oppose her.
Rumi, on the other hand, is still talking to a guy, who we saw is a new character in this episode. She even went on a date with him where she keeps flaunting her money. So I have no doubt that the guy is trapping her for money or something, which is going to be heartbreaking. But this is her karma.
Now coming to the promo for episode 28, I had these doubts since the untying hair in front of mirror scene, but I think this show is taking the Humsafar route. That show also had a very similar hair untying scene where Fawad's character also says "May I?" to which Mahira's character nods. And that show also had the scene where Fawad's mom takes Mahira to a guy's house and calls her son to show the "extramarital affair" his wife is having with another man. So yeah, if this show does take that route, we'll get a separation and a leap where Hala would have given birth to their child

Yup the "May I " was a copy of Humsafar and it looks like it is going the same route. I hated that show because of that storyline.
But Farhan did say in his interview that "shaq" nahi karega toh shayad kuch different dikhaye.

@Bold - Yeah I hope so. Hamza knows that Hala loves him now, even if their marriage was a 'hadsa'. I hope he either knows the truth already or gives her a chance to explain herself. Unless the promo is misleading and he heard more than just the hadsa line 🤓
I'm glad we aren't the only ones to notice them openly copying Humsafar at this point. Maybe this was their original script because we know they never stopped shooting for the drama, but I'm tired of it. This is just like EK shows with their misunderstandings and separation sequences 😡

When I started watching Humsafar I fell in love with that show but after that misunderstanding track hated it like anything and never watched it again. The show and Asher were ruined for me.
Yaha aisa na kare please. Till now they have shown Hamza better than Asher.

Hoping against hope that they're copying Humsafar scenes to improve them 🤣
Wahan bhi majboori mein shaadi ki but Hamza wholeheartedly accepted it unlike Asher who bitched about his wife behind her back. Now this "affair" scene where Asher basically ran away and broke all relations with her, but hopefully Hamza would listen to her or run away with her 😆
