Family is strength always. Birlas , Goenkas and hospital staff, patients as extended family proved it by praying for Abhira.

Harsh and manjari are worried of fire and kids.

Abhi gets ak in caveman style with his limp walk.

He is not well but till he gave ak to family safely he took his inner strength and collapsed leaving her hand.

Manjari, mahima and Ar hold Ak and parth , Neil hold abhi.

Tauji ,parth and Rohan are in Abhis room treating him.

Anand guessed smoke entered Abhis lungs and he has to getup. He asked abhi to respond by calling him as Mera bacha . Tauji shouted on him to come to senses .

Mahima treated ak saying she has smoke in her lungs . She told ar that ak is serious and she has come to senses.

Kv goes sees abhi . Kv is tense and shefali tells him to relax. Manjari said abhi is not well but he again went back to get ak.

Shefali says orelse ak could have been left there only. Neil says will brother allow it that way. He can never.

Kv remembered how he took Abhis shirt collar and questioned him.

Kv goes to swarna Manish and says he has done wrong in misunderstanding abhi and asks krishnaji to save them.

Manish said abhi saved many patients including him. So his life has to be saved.

Manish asks Neil is damage and loss more and he says insurance company is taking care of it.

Swarna ,Manish, kv pray for ak and thank mahima.

Harsh goes to check the burnt hospital and cries. He first cared his kids later his hospital which is like kid to him.

He made the hospital grow and develop so he is emotional to hospital that way.

Neil holds Harsh and says it's loss of furniture and can be repaired back and all lives are saved.

Abhi in his unconscious state says he has to save her treat her as he is a doctor and sleeps back.

Ak too gets up says abhi and ar says he is in another room.ak wants to go to him but she sleeps again.

Mahima and tauji come out of rooms and discuss both need to come to consciousness.

Tauji says abhi is not in good condition and his breathing is not normal. When manjari cries mahima gives her strength saying abhi is Anand's favourite and he is tense.

Parth says abhi is everyone's favourite. Anand says Abhi is everyone's favourite including hospital. He cried saying if abhi is not treated by him as doctor today, i will leave my doctory. Neil and mahima hold him. Tauji showed his emotions and genuine love to abhi .

Kv stands with Manjari and says i am guilty today and i said many things that day. I made a mistake holding all faltoo things. I got anger on him and misbehaved with him. I am sorry for that. Manjari and kv were the jodi in bangles . Manju blamed ak for Neil's truth and kv blamed Abhi for ak pain and blames. So both maa, beta are holding each other that way and consoling.

Ak comes out of her room .

Ak enters Abhis room where Rohan is there. Ak goes sees abhi sleeping asks him to getup as his permanent patient has come to see him. Ak says him not do natak , and family is waiting for him, maa is tense. Ak asks him to fight with her saying chidku ram, moved his hairs , Shout on Rohan as usual, or she will give methi Dana halwa with hibiscus oil. She cries falling on his heart. Slowly his heart responds and abhi moves his eyes. Ak says his chidku rani is calling him getup for her .

Yesterday in under table talks Abhi said scold and shout at me in love ,when i am not listening to you then I will respond . So today ak scolded , shouted on him with love and he got up slowly .

Abhi remembered ak falling in fire and he takes her in hands.

Abhi gets consciousness and he keeps his left hand on her hairs.

Ak gets up holds his right hand and he has pain.

Abhira are normal to senses.

Whole family sees him get up slowly and in tears.

Tauji and Harsh hold each other happily removing tears.

Gorillas go inside the room. Manjari holds both abhira. Abhi says not to cry to all as he is fine.

Tauji praises abhira that they both saved all patients in hospital and he is proud of them .

Manjari says if you both are together no trouble comes to them.

Precap...Abhis right hand is in trouble. Signals started for him as he cant sign . Abhira get grand swagat in Birlas by both families.

Manjari gives arti to abhira but more 5 thalis are in all other ladies hands to balance the affect.

Esp abhi is centre of their life in family and hospital.

Neil is the genuine soul who took care of Harsh, tauji and gave strength to mata.

Ar shed two tears for ak gave her oxygen mask showed her concern got redeemed it seems for this track.

Birlas too love their kids and family but situations should come out to show their love , care and concern.

Dr .Rohan who is another brother now to Abhi. Throughout the track he was cupid to abhira.

Abhis hand in danger seems his profession on threat for temporary. Rohan may assist Abhi in his surgeries till he heals.

Blame on ak comes when abhi is not able to do surgery with injured hand.

Teej is on the way as told by swarna so celebration and ghumar of all gorillas around Abhira.

No hair burn or memory loss of leads.

My questions .

Where is the goon ? 😆Ek second mei itnaaaa pyar akshu se ke he burned down the north wing of Birla hospital ? Normally with God's grace , there is no free spaces in our hospitals uptil now. ..hardly any space to move around in the corridors. Birla hospital is a unique one where Sanjay cud run for a mile before abhi could catch him.

Why was akshu wearing this ghagri. Sorry ghagra type dress ? Who wears all this to the hospital ? On Diwali also ppl r advised to wear cotton clothes as synthetic materials catch fire quickly. Ok she is the wife of one of the doctors but still..its so difficult to move around in these dresses with flare. Dekha ho gaya na kaand .

Birla hospital didn't have fire escapes and sprinklers?😵

Not the fire extinguishers even ..

The guy who came as stalker is got for RS10 for a day role against leads. His screen space is more than enough. In diaLogues yesterday it's told he is caught by guards and security so they gave him in police. Regarding Ak dress she is not a doctor or nurse to have cost or uniform.

Doctors don't wear uniform either . They wear casual-semi formal clothes like pants , tops and shirts or suits/saris with their doctors coat. Have never seen doctors in sharara or gowns on normal days ..as long as they have to attend a wedding or party later on. They can give better clothes to akshu, need not doll her up 24x7. At home it's just fine bec she is newly married .

The other dresses of ak when she was in hospital were simple once.

Interview day she was in simple kurti types. First day a little western types blue wala dress and another day a saree. In birla hospital she had always worn simplest dresses. Yesterday she wore that for abhi. That dress was different from other once she had worn to hospital so abhi knew she decked up for him and complimented her. Not a special occasion for all in hospital but for abhira it was.
