They can easily get away with saying that they explicitly gave information to the public on the legalities of surrogacy - so they did not spread misinformation. I've been thinking of how they will get away with the illegality part..one is what you said, second ..it will be fake. But like someone pointed out on Twitter, the journey to that point is going to be horrible. So they will basically get to do what they want.

No but if they're actually making Pakhi Surrogate then what's the point of stating all this, it is clearly misrepresentation and also makers can be accused of promoting loopholes in the laws, first they state it's illegal and then show the same thing happening it, then what's the point, it means they're indirectly encouraging audience to find loopholes in our laws and have thier way, it's actually more wrong.

Plus if they do counter this complaint stating that they mentioned about the laws, then a serious undertaking should be taken from them that they'll not whitewash the persons involved in this crime and will show them facing proper repurcussions, legally and medically, if it is for drama purpose then they should show all the parties involved getting arrested under criminal offences and Patralekha should suffer a miscarriage, upholding the medicolegal fact that a woman without a child should not be a Surrogate. Otherwise it's complete disregard to our regulations.

They actually have gone ahead with the procedure without the consent of the mother.. That's huge

Someone stated they will not be get away this time if any of the department like defend and medicine complaints against them..

Please ask this person to include abetment of an IPS officer in the crime. This is also a serious offence where a person responsible for law and order is aiding it for his personal reasons.
