yaar moms to be are pretty resilient. At 40, 3 months pregnant I had a concussion from falling down (I didn’t know I was pregnant then though) Did all kinds of activities throughout like rock climbing and running half a marathon. So I am not sure running in the rain was such a big deal. Now what I couldn’t do during pregnancy was learn dancing. For some reason the twirls knocked the breath out of me. 🤣

Agree, though pregnancy is a delicate matter, but the doctors keep on advising, not to treat it as any illness. Though it may be complicated ones, still the doctors would advise to do more than normal work, to keep the baby active, light workout, swimming, light jogging all.
