Gungun should once and for all understand that the guy isn't happy or anyway he claims unhappiness with family and Akriti. He should tell her this very slowly and clearly. In the end she will have to support him, cause no way he will go back home without her or by living feeling suffocated cause of Akriti and family. Anubhav is taking things further cause he knows that Gungun didn't cheat on him, he knows that there's a majboori that's why he doesn't give a damn about his family's screaming and demands.

At the cafe, when Gungun said she was glad she met him, and thanked him for telling him RV's sach, I was like: "and what about you, ladybird? When will you start tweeting?" Anubhav has every right to know for god's sake. Rishta todna hai, toh todo, but sach toh bolo!
