It was done to create screen space for the most cringeworthy ch of ITV ,Patralekha. It was done to bring real couple together on screen. The above could still be done by not butchering Virat . They could have shown Virat not in favor of Pakhi as surrogate and him being away when BK and Pakhi conspire and get the process complete but no they did by making him agree to it . I can guess from your statement what would've happened. I think ITV makers can never get over their favouritism What they want to show, they will. They won’t show Virat against Pakhi cos they want to bring them together. Sai suspecting Pakhi is very apt since she is the target of her from day one. Any woman naturally by instinct suspect the one who nourished crush on her husband. Vankar need not go out of his way to make Sai disbelieve Pakhi. She always did. Sai is not strong when she has to lose Virat or when she has to bear his indifference. She broke down many times when he abandoned her. When Virat cut his bond with her she cried,when he asked her to leave him she cried before her Aba.She collapsed during Sari kand.
This even Sai Stans acknowledged and didn’t like. They always want her to be strong which she is not.
Virat is emotionally weak while Sai is not. Now also she is fighting against odds and that devil only to make Virat happy. It is easy for her to sit and cry but she didn’t do cos she feels guilty of not giving him the joy of baby.
The sole purpose of this track is to bring Pakhi closer to Virat at the cost of Sai and SaiRat.
