Birthday preparations. At Karan’s house, Karan asks his mum and Babli if either of them had taken the money he kept in cupboard as it’s not there. Both deny and then Babli remembers she asked Akansha to clean the cupboard. All realise what had happened. Akansha walks in with lots of gift bags. They ask her what’s this, she says presents for Manav. Where did she get the money? Karan asks did she steal from his cupboard? She without any guilt just tells him with confidence that she will return it when she is back with Manav and Yathu. She asks her mum to go with her to give presents to Manav. Her mum refuses and tells her what right she has as she and Manav are divorced.

Anyway at night time she goes but security don’t allow her. Malti in kitchen hears and calls one of house help and whisper something in his ear. He goes out and whispers in security’s ear. Security informs Akansha no one wants to see her and said she should go. Akansha doesn’t give up. Calls Manav, he disconnects her, she dials Yathu, he also disconnects her. She sends text message to Manav, he reads it but not reply. She eventually goes home.

Family wants to give surprise to Manav. Come midnight no one wishes him birthday. All gone to bed. He is a bit upset. In his room, they all wish him happy birthday. Yathu invites karanmama, his Nani and bablimami to surprise party. Niharika also texts Manav to come to office tomorrow as she is throwing a party for him in the office. He declines.

Next day all in the house preparing for decorations and sakshi making special dishes. Manav enters and tells everyone we will all go out to celebrate. Malti pretends she is not well, outside food don’t suit her, also her back is aching. Manav says let’s go to doctor. Asks sakshi then what will she cook. She mentions dishes which he hates 😆 His face 🤣

At Karan’s, all ready to go to party, Babli has bought some presents. Akansha sitting and eating fruit as if she is the Malik of the house. Got to say she is still arrogant and still faking about she made mistakes blah blah. They say going to party, she realises she is not invited. Her mum gives her a lecture and points out all she has done so far just to fulfill her dream of living in luxury. Thank god mum is not supporting her,

Akansha says please give Manav the gifts I got for him. Where are th3 bags? Babli says she returned those things back for refund and instead bought the gifts from them (her, saasuma and Karan). Akansha’s face.

Manav takes malti to doctor. She reluctantly goes. This gives chance to Yathu, Ayesha and sakshi to do preparations.

Precap. Party at Holkar and at Manav’s, Sakshi’s palu goes on Manav’s face. When he moves it, mermarises with her beauty.

Have a feeling Akansha will gate crush party at manav’s and will spoil it. Also might show Manav getting attracted to sakshi

Who the hell goes and says inappropriate things to the head of hr?? Why is the head of HR sitting with other employees? How will she discuss confidential matters ? What does Sakshi do all day aside from VK bugging her?

Who the hell goes around slapping employees? Manoj is acting like the owner of the company and even put down Niharika in front of the entire staff? Niharika is acting like a moron to the pt her own dad got annoyed with her.

Who discusses personal issues in front of their entire staff? Why didn’t Niharika call the 3 of them in her office to discuss

have any of these writers actually worked an office job let alone had a real job ?

Complete & utter bakwas the way the show is written and directed

They need to get away from all this office drama cause the writers don’t have a clue regarding the inner workings of a workplace

🤣 I so get your frustration here! I am annoyed with the whole three women trying to celebrate birthday with that one man who only focuses on being perfect dad!

I had always hopped that Akansksha would ultimately realize her mistakes and learn how she destroyed her own family but naa, she is after her family because everyone else deserted her.. That woman has 0 ounce of regret, which is sad! VK literally showed her the mirror on how she isn't even worth being model and all her aspirations were bought off with money including Ms. Indore crown! But woman has no shame! I was or would say still hoping there would be redemption or realization track where she would genuinely repent everything and understand how money isn't all that brings status. I am not even sure if I should continue having that hope now or not.

Niharika insulting everyone in the office was also stupid! She claims to have every employee being treated with respect and yet accusing Manav in front of all was conflicting point. I am so glad Manav rubbed it on her face that office is not the place for seeking revenge or playing personal games 😆

I was quite surprised that Niharika decided to ask about Sakshi's capabilities AFTER hiring her rather than before that. Did Sakshi even apply for a job there or anywhere, have not watched every single episode but I doubt that? Wasn't she more like a counselor? There is huge difference between role of HR and counselor. But rather than supporting her and training her, she directly handed over the letter to Sakshi and declared her as head. Manav calling it as best decision was another Over The Top thing... Dude... Has been speaking about her purely based on his personal experience rather than practical and professional stand point.

Having said that I do feel sooner or later Niharika too will start having problems with Sakshi. Her judging Sakshi's skills + defending Manav even before listening to Sakshi. Somewhere, I kind of felt that the whole argument Manav-Niharika had was more to encourage Manav to celebrate birthday because Ayushi told her about Sakshi and Yathu's plan🤪 so, she created scene and would have surprised Manav and team in the same party, Guess I was Wrong! That's just effect of watching Brooklyn nine nine I guess🤣 where I expect unexpected stuff.

The only solution path I may want to see is that Manav moves ofr Holkar nonsense, goes back to his small and simple house, becomes middle class man. Then clearly, that would clearly bring gap between Niharika and Manav, Akanksha will be challeged to see if she can go back to her original lifestyle - most likely not and finally Sakshi can be only person around.

Oh and about Sakshi sitting with other employees may seem little weird but tbh in many smaller companies not everyone have their own cabin. They have similar desk setup as what's shown, including for leaders like ceo and 'Boss'. But hey have something called meeting rooms! They can use these rooms to discuss confidential stuff...

I expected better out of Niharika, unfortunately! Just watched the episode and she is disgusting. Inspite of Manav saying out loud to not use workplace revenge spree, here she is now doing exactly what VK told Sakshi, using Manav to make trash jealous.

After watching the precap

I am feeling Akansha will pretend she lost her memory 😒😒😒😒

Dragging unnecessarily. Who is to blame? Makers or channel???!!!

Akansha wants to go back to her ex and son by doing fake drama of hers

Vaibhav confident he will manau Niharika and get possession of owning all the business. Still dreaming of his authority on everybody. He is the boss. Nobody can defeat him. He is above god.

Actually Akansha and vaibhav deserve each other😆

Manav/sakshi/Niharika as to who he will choose between sakshi and Niharika or nobody. Happy as he is!!!
