I don't think you need to unnecessarily bulk up for this sort of a role IMO. Plus he is wearing oversized clothes unlike which also makes sense - I do not think "slim fit" was invented back then which would accent your physique

I agree to this too haha.... gym type body with fitting clothes actually looks out of place, like what john abraham does but certain rawness is required not body exactly,

which son chirya cast had .... i remember movies like dacait (sunny) and classic reshma aur shera, mujhe jeene do where nobody had bodies but looked earthy

it is just that one gets sobo boy feel when looking at ranbir, of course till we see the movie can't judge

Vaani is such a turnoff

Vani will probably have 10 min role , 2 songs maybe , like in movie war

Which year/era is this set in? I haven’t seen the teaser/trailer but I assumed it’s in the past. Vaani’s look is too modern it that’s the case.
