There is a story, king asks his minister, do people think alike. And to test it king arranged a big tub and asks all his subjects to drop a glass of milk in that big tub. After few hours king noticed tub is filled with water instead of milk. So all subjects thought why to waste our money we will put water .. others will definitely pour milk.
