can someone plzz help me!!!

i been trying to save a vm on ran and kan on youtube to mi library in reaplayer..but the button on youtube that saids download and the right top isnt showing..like i downloaded the new reaplayer 11..and restart mi computer and all..and even i went to preference on tools from realplayer..it saids the button is enable..but its not showing..so can someone please reply..if u know how i can find the download button back on youtube..thank u!!
