Lemme give you an example. (Dates are fictional because timeline in show is messed up)

Say the store keeps the footage for last 3 weeks only,

The footage belongs to the past date, since madhav gave her medicine on night they were on assignment, he must've bought it before that.

After pregnancy is detected, which takes min 15 days, Jyoti went to check the footage immediately after pregnancy detection and it was accessible to her.

Aryan spent a few days accusing madhav and fighting imlie over it, when he went to check it, it might already be after the period for which the store keeps backdated footage.

Makes sense?

i really like your idea about the cc camera, but Imlie might not be interested in Jyoti's marital life. If not, she can at least she eavesdrop right?
