Why did Priya go to jail?

Dear friends, Can someone brief me on the story? How and why did Priya land up in jail? And why are Ram & Priya separated?

Ram’s father has been murder by Priya’s dad & brother in law as per Shashi’s instructions. This truth came out. Priya herself helped rsm yo send them behind bars. But Priya’s mom testified in support of her dad. This created much problem for Priya as Nandini used it. Priya was taken back to her home by Meera. Nandini brainwashed Shivana & she called ram and lied that soods are torchering her. Shivina decided to leave soods. Priya tried to stop her but she misbehaved with Priya and pushed her towards wall. Ishaan who saw this got angry and pushed shivina and she fell from stairs and died. When ram came Priya lied that she accidentally pushed shivi. Ram got angry. Priya was arrested. In jail she faints and doctor after checkup announced her pregnancy. Priya called ram & informed her pregnancy. Unfortunately it was heard by Nandini. She comes to jail and threaten Priya if she didn’t lie that her kid belonged to krish she will send her to jail for life long imprisonment and her kid will rot in orphanage. So when ram comes she lies that the kid belongs to krish. Nandini makes ram believe. After 2 years of jail Priya with her kid leaves to Pune and start a new life.

She was selfish , did what a criminal’s wife with same mentality will do!

That process she destroyed her daughter Priya ( I doubt if she their own daughter or what ) and killed both Ram & Priya psychologically .

Some time looking at Ram feel very bad

He looks like a man who lost every thing

It is a forever track, started from kasauti 1. Lead separated, fl back with a kid and a potential love interest. Ml meets the kid and is obsessed with the kid.... later confused about the father, then finds its his kid , fights with fl then they reconcile and time for next leap where this kid irritates the fl and again fl and ml figh🤣
