I think that everyone interprets such scenes differently based on their personal experiences! To me, when a partner is clearly in such an emotional state and trying to get you to talk to them, showing them a hand like that is quite disrespectful. I am not saying that Abhi is disrespectful as a person, but I am saying that the action he took out of his own pain probably deeply hurt Akshu as the woman who loves him with her whole heart, a person who herself needed to be comforted in that moment, and as his wife.

No means no, and he did not want to get intimate in that moment. Akshu's intention I don't think was to get intimate anyways. She was simply trying to calm him down and show him she loves him so that he would be willing to listen to her. It was not a romantic gesture according to me, but rather an emotional one.

Neither one of them were wrong in that entire scene, but looking at it from Akshu's POV, the hand gesture just really did not sit well with me.

Anyways, I love that we can always be respectful and discuss these things!

I can’t get over the fact that she’s literally standing two feet away from where Ak was fighting to hold the file away from Neel and still blamed Ak. How can she do that ? She was right there! Did she mean Akshara should have held on the file more strongly more firmly and not let go??

Because anyone angry at Akshu for the Neil reveal is looking at the source of cause and effect (though wrongly).

Per their thinking Akshu revealed this information on Founder's Day and during the press conference. Neil had a break down and Manjari fainted. This then peaked the interest of the media. Now everyone wants to know the truth. In Abhimanyu's angry towards his father he decides let's just tell the media.

So by these people's logic if Akshu had not told Neil this truth then Founder's Day would have continued without problems. No one would know. Abhimanyu would not be upset and then tell the media. Manajri would not have to tell the truth about Neil, shock Harshvardhan, shock the family, and Neil would not have been so upset at her and would not have ran away.

So by this erroneous cause and effect it is all Akshu’s fault.
