I used to read romances novels . Same as you I also finished fast . Depending on which book I am reading if Mills&Boons one day bcos I skip some parts eg big farm with swimming pools etc all unnecessary descriptions . Others more or less like you 4 to 5 days . Red : 🤣🤣🤣. The thing is sometimes the writers know how to describe the settings without making it boring. For example there was this series that was set up in colarado mountains and because I have special love for hill stationsand mountains I loved it. Sometimes I used to read the description again and again thinking I'm the heroine who is spending her holidays in a secluded cabin in mountains 🤣🤣.

Then there are some most boring and pathetic description especially when the story set up is in some metro city. Buildings and swimming pool shit like that 🤣😳🥱
