Pride is a reminder that we are all human first. Love is indeed love, not matter who you love and your identity is what makes you you. No one should be allowed to take that away from you.
I'm planning to be a part of the Pride Parade in my city this year so we will see how that goes.
Everyone should be able to be comfortable with who they are and who they love without anyone shaming them for it. I have hope that the world will get there someday soon.
Sense 8 is a great show for LGBTQIA+ representation.
Heartstopper is adorable. Sex education showcases some beautiful LGBTQIA+ relationships and talks a lot about gender identity.
It's become the norm to have LGBTQIA+ characters in shows and movies and not just as token representation but as integral parts of storytelling.
More and more artists are now empowered to come out, and be respected for their craft and their contribution to art, and that is a wonderful thing. More and more roles are being written for the LGBTQIA+ group.
