We have ways to prevent an unwanted pregnancy and Avni was a doctor.

It is quite possible she didn’t want to abort the pregnancy as she loved harsh (one would wonder why though lol but love is blind) …and if she was going to die if we go by harsh’s dialogue then again it is quite possible child ended in orphanage before manjari picked the child up

The story is still unclear. If avni loved harsh, then why didn't she want to raise the child? And why didn't she inform harsh about this? And harsh's expression looked plain to me. There was no expression like okay this guy standing in front of me is a child from my long lost affair-thats shocking types expression. Waise harsh had a better looking kid with manjari than dr avni. I want to see how dr avni looked
