What happened was bill brown was ving crease to early. So Mankad ran him out. The so called high and mighty british gentleman could not believe that someone else read the rules better than them. So rather than calling it browned or browning (since he was the one breaking the rules), they called it mankading even though he was just following the rules. They made it sound like a crime and something wrong. Since then it became a stigma type of thing and bad way to get someone out even though its perfectly inside the boundary of what rules say. Very very rarely people used it.

Wi won the game, avoided elimination and won to win the u19 wc in 2016. This actually catapulted wi cricket. he women won the wt20 after that, the men also did that. Like a full family. Men women and kids all won. 😆

The name is changed now. Its just called a run out now but people will still call it mankading because dimaag me baith gaya hai. as called unfair play before. Now its a form of runout and therefore no one calls it that but the western world wont stop. 😵

Whole of cricket world is united in support of this run out barring the hoity-toity poms who keep harping about the random spirit of cricket. its so ironic that they forgot spirit of cricket in 2019 wc final.

This is exactly why i want england to lose a wc final by the way of this runout. If an indian ( great if its ash ) does this its even better. Great if this happen in wc 2023 final with 1 lakh crowd booing the poms.

i didnt know about the u19 one west indies wala 😲 actually 2016 u19 wc was the first time i watched u19 wc! man if this didnt happen then india or bd would have won the u19 wc in 2016. 😲 bd did really well in 2016 u19 wc (mehedi miraz was the captain and also man of tournament) his performance was just too good in the wc, he really tried his best, but bd lost a very close match in semis vs wi damn wi luck 😡 i like mehedi miraz cause i posted a meme about him once and got almost 50k reacts in return it somehow got viral in bd 🤣 (if not higesht i get is 100 😆) he is such an underrated player (just that he is not good in t20s)
