Hola guys, I am here with a TS 😁 My take on Rishta wala fiasco. I hope you guys like it.
Chapter 1
Abhimanyu stood there, shocked. Everything happened so fast that he didn't get time to understand or react. He could see the happiness on his mother's face. He could see both the family’s excitement very clearly. He could see Manjari and Suwarna congratulating each other. The tilak ceremony just got over and was going to be the son-in-law of this family.
He remembered when she had told him that she has always dreamt of a prince coming and sweeping her feet off taking her to a la la land. Since that moment, he had decided to become her Prince Charming and fulfil her every wish.
But the girl who was supposedly going to marry him wasn’t her. This girl was his friend, not even a friend, she was just someone he knew. Even the thought of marrying her was beyond his imagination. He loved someone, the mere thought of marrying someone else and losing her was killing him from inside. He looked around, there stood the sisters, one his fiance and other the love of his life. He had met both of them during one of the most beautiful trip of his life but he had never thought that he would fall crazily in love with one and complicate his relationship with the other.
Feeling his gaze on them, both the girls looked at him. One had a happy smile while the other had a forced one. Trying to control his temper and tears, Abhimanyu Birla rushed out of Goenka Villa.
He reached the parking and screamed his lungs out. He let out all his frustration and anger along with the immense pain he felt. He had just started believing in fairy tales he read in childhood and all his dreams were crushed. He was out on a medical camp and when he returned, he was informed about his marriage with her sister. And all she just stood there, saying nothing. She didn't say anything even when he looked at him with pleading eyes, just gazed down as if finding something really interesting with her sandals. He closed his eyes feeling a hold on her shoulder.
"Why did you let this happen?" He trying to control his temper, not looking at her.
"She loves you," He got an instant reply.
His anger knew no bounds, he stood up and pulled her shoulders.
"She loves me? And you don't?" He yelled and she was taken aback with his sudden outburst. "You taught me to fall in love, to trust in love, and you broke my trust? Why are you doing this? You said we will have a future together. Why did you let it happen at the first place, Akshu? Why?"
He fell back on the ground as tears refused to leave the eyes. And she felt helpless. Akshara Goenka, who had always given her sister what she wanted, was again in a virtue of sacrifice. She was going away from the man she had loved more than her life. Her first feeling, her first love.
When she came to know that Aarohi was too in love with Abhimanyu, it felt like the earth had slipped under her feet. She felt her heart being stabbed, she wanted to shout, throw a tantrum but that was the last thing she could do at that time. When her family said that the Birla's want a doctor bahu, she felt her heart breaking. She had loved Aarohi very much, and couldn't see her in sorrow. And she had loved Abhimanyu as well, and couldn't live without him. When one was her breath, the other was her heartbeat. Aarohi was the reason of her survival and Abhimanyu, her existence. But today, she had to choose one in between the two. And she did. She chose Aarohi over Abhimanyu. She decided that she would breathe without Abhi but she would never be able to survive with a guilt on her heart of hurting her sister. She knew, Abhimanyu would understand her.
"Our relation has become better in years Abhi, I can’t give her another reason to hate me,” she said as she sat beside him to match him. "Try to understand, she loves you."
"I don't care!" He yelled again. "You have no right to decide my life, Akshara Goenka! I just don't care what your sister feels, I just love you and will never marry her!"
Akshara held Abhimanyu tightly and helped him to stand while he continued struggle to push her away.
"Listen, just come with me, and tell everyone that it's we love each other. If I will marry someone, then it's you, Akshu."
"We can't do that," she said as tears threatened to overflow her eyes anytime.
"Why can't we? We love each other, god dammit! Why the hell are you doing this to me? You can't tell, right? Fine, I will do the favour to us," he started moving inside the house.
"Please stop Abhimanyu," she said and he stopped hearing his full name from her. "You love me, right?"
"You have a doubt?"
"If you really love me, marry my sister."
"Do you even hear yourself, what the hell are you speaking Akshara?" he asked, his red in rage. "You might be a goddess of sacrifice but not me. I am Abhimanyu Birla, this tag doesn’t suit me.”
"Abhi, Aarohi is already hurt from inside. If she got to know about our relationship, she will break down. I have always loved you, but I also can't see her upset. Don't do this, please. It's time to prove your friendship with him. Hold her hand, forever,” she said with so innocence that he calmed down.
“She isn’t my friend Akshu,” Abhi sighed. “I talk to her only because she is your sister. I don’t even see her as a friend, and you are taking about marriage.”
Akshu held her shoulders and looked into his eyes.
"It isn't important that every true love is a successful love. Sometimes those love become eternal who never reach a goal. She will always keep you happy, Abhi. Always. Just say yes."
“No, never!”
“This is the first time I am asking you for something. After this at least Aarohi will start loving me again. Aaru and my relationship will get better. Only you can do this, Abhi.”
"You know what will be the status of our relation after this?" He asked in the most calmest way possible. "I will be your younger sister’s husband."
"I know, but anything for Aaru. Please stand by me, a last time. For the sake of our love. Please, please Abhi," she almost begged.
For the first time in his life, Abhimanyu Birla felt helpless. His love was always his first priority and Akshara had become his life. Separating from Akshu was like pulling out his life outside him but he decided. He would do this for her. For her love for Aarohi. He knew he would never be able to forget Akshara and love Aarohi, but he promised to Akshara that he would try. Akshara cupped his face and wiped his tears. Smiling painfully, she turned to part her ways from him forever.
"Akshu!" She stopped hearing his voice.
"Can I hug you?" he asked with her voice full of love and innocence. "You would at least give this right to my love, wouldn't you? A last time?"
She didn't think for another second then and pulled his into a bone crushing hug. He hugged back. They both cried. Cried for their love, for their broken dreams, on their unfortunate and their unlucky love. They never thought of ending up like this. But may be some love stories leave incomplete. Perhaps, all love stories do not have a happy ending.
