Every SP leads are involved in some media circus when their shows are on air.

Yeh Rishta Kya Khelata hai was in the news for all the wrong reasons.

The biggest one was incorporating Ichche Nodee story for 3rd season.

Not building a good base for the story.

Inconsistent direction and editing dept

Horrible dialogues

Focusing only on 3 characters and making the others mute

Too much of accident drama

Whitewashing serious crimes

Not closing tracks and jumping to the wedding directly

Promoting the pair during ITA

Releasing 3 lakhs per episode news

Asking Leads to conduct in a certain manner during interviews so that online and offline viewers get attracted to the show.

Their entire efforts became very negative on SM

From the start to the finish they were trolled mercilessly. It is just not the actors, almost everyone was targeted, made fun of. The fans are always divided.

The full SM bandwagon became extremely negative.

Post wedding the trps started falling, again the bashing started.

The live was just a distraction for the online janta.

Many are quite off late.

Also would like to add, it wasn't just dating rumours there were a few other things said, and you know I'm glad they cleared it if you read some of the comments there were a lot of age shaming comments some people said some disgusting stuff! It's refreshing to see the actors be honest and not take some innocent fans for a ride!

I thought it just me whose mood is soar, but many more on the boat 😂

Honestly, after live I feel off for this show. I feel there was no need for this useless live. Worst rumors I heard for Barun & Sanaya, Ram & Sakhi and many more itv leads. They never and ever commented on these baseless things. Harshad never ever commented any of his rumors but this time he came with Pranali. Pranali I get to know from YRKKH before that never knew about her. I really adored their friendship from all itv and bts. 98% itv leads don't date each other but still becomes part of baseless rumors.

The show was going good at least for abhira fans. After the live and Pranali's deleting her own post is honestly created bitter taste in fans. Now I feel YRKKH won't even run at least a year as trp is going to decrease significantly after this circus stunt. I really feel Harshad is a gem as an actor but still his shows doesn't run long, I feel sad.

I just wonder what made Harshad and Pranali to do this live. Harshad is a professional and senior actor and this is not Pranali's first show that her image is robbed because of this rumors. A good friendship and show seems ruined brutally after this circus.

Yes deleting the story was unprofessional but that was to be expected after the live. She could not even handle Harshad joking and trying to lighten the mood. She was getting so defense. I get that she is young and a newbie, but everyone is young and a newbie at some point. You have to ignore this stuff to be taken seriously in this industry. I still do not understand how Harshad agreed to this. That is why I am convinced it was a PH stunt.

The live was not needed..it looked wierd to me to go live just to clarify dating rumours..anyways there life..

Exactly, you can't shut everyone's mouth. No matter whatever you fo people will still find a reason to criticise you. There are still fans who are saying that they are dating, just denied so people don't interfare in their lives, i mean the level of denial is unbelievable. Also idk and i m no one to judge but many believe that this live did created a drift between the hc and pr, only time will tell how true it is. If therly are still going strong and none of their best friends dynamics have changed then its really amazing

Those articles are still being published. I saw some today even saying that Harshad and Pranali are dating. So the live accomplished nothing. People on TT think there is a rift because Pranali reposted and deleted that story, but Harshad did repost it. Harshad is a true professional. Anyone who has seen his past work and has followed him knows that. This best friend thing is just for show. Once the show ends no one will care.

But I would think that is the point. The media will always continue to post what they want to get clicks. But the truth is between the actors and the fans regarding what is real or not. And if an actor felt so inclined to at least set the record straight with fans then fans know not to react to any articles coming out.

I understand there are other considerations PH will try to hype their shows and play the are they dating or not game for those actors that are single sometimes it works and sometimes it can back fire.

Just because this time someone decided to take a different route still not sure how that is considered unprofessional in ITV.

Even if an article was posted by a media outlet that said they are not dating it still would not stop other media outlets to write articles that they are or whatever else they feel inclined towards the actors.

So its almost like darn if you comment darn if you don't comment. People will believe what they want to believe which includes fans. Any fan only becoming your fan not for the work you put out on screen but because of some gossip of the possibility that you are dating X is no fan and neither actor should have to deal with fans like that.

No live wasn't deleted. The spoiler picture which was latest shared by DKP that she posted and then deleted. Harshad shared it also on his story and he maintained the professionalism. Any hot spoiler for abhira shared by DKP, I don't think Pranali will share anymore. Also now I feel no more abhira or harshali bts we will get from anyone.

I'm watching now only for Harshad though after the live not feeling like to watch.

My honest opinion is that this live was not needed because the main point of Pranali was to kill the rumours of them dating and erm, it has done absolutely the opposite. She has only added ghee to the fire. I'm sorry but I'm not going to defend the actors in everything they do. This was giving unnecessary bhav to media who are hungry for attention like this.

Like people have mentioned already, worse things have been written about actors in the past and they have been younger than Pranali yet handled it well. Example is shows very own Hina and Shivangi who were 18 or 19 only. Hina received major backlash during bigg boss but she handled that very well as well. She said people are free to have their own opinion, it will not change who she is. Pranali needs better guidance from her team and I'm sure HC did advise her to ignore but then had to come live to support her and hats off to him for being so respectful and supportive of her. Pranali is lucky to have a co star like Harshad, I cannot see any other actor his level coming live to refute a rumour.

People already knew they are only friends because she has already clarified it in the sbs segment. There was no need to come live and clarify because it felt like she was targeting the fans.

When Karishma had shared that story of Pranali hater, I was praising Pranali because she ignored that hate like a mature person and then this happens....

I personally love Abhira and still love both the actors but its true in that people have either stopped watching or are put off the show due to the live. The show is already going down the online charts but I hope it remains consistent in trp.

I dont know why people should stop watching as Abhira and Harshali are different people but whatever. Hoping show trps remain consistent.
