For adoption: besides a long list of requirements, one also needs 10+ years of history (financial, medical, temperaments) along with many personal professional references, financial standing, one's own mental/emotional evaluations are required.

once you qualify, there are more classes to take, and visits from case reps to check your home -if it's suitable for the child. It is a process that is long and arduous, once parents/children are united then the process of living as a family begins!

You cannot walk in and take a child to the beach!! You are allowed SUPERVISED visits.

MOST important:

Generally, orphan kids in this age range are NOT this happy go lucky, they are scared - Children in orphanages have experienced great trauma and loss, and nothing is ever fixable for them, they have long-term psychological problems including depression, anger, anxiety, and feelings of sadness, and are inclined to withdraw and self-isolate.

So this girl's cuteness does not match with what an average orphanage child would be - Again DKP and BV for sake of satisfying their ego - and to check off a good deed done, out of the blue they threw this orphanage track in -

Why do they touch on subjects for which they are not subject matter experts!

Khud actors ko ye chiz acchi nahi lag rahi to vo act kaise karenge...but kudos to GK RG..👏

On that note - this writer/producer has no clue how to properly deal with such topics - that's why they need to stick with love stories, festivals, marriages and saas bahu dramas, not take up social messaging which is clearly out of their subject matter expertise.

I feel BV wants to be an expert in each issue or topic like Munna Bhai. Upun ko sab jaanna hai women empowerment bhi, chahaiye and baddua kya hoti hai, house wives ki problems and all

Anyways, no doubt Adoption tack is really very good. But It itself is a separate and sensitive topic that involves understanding and dealing with psychology, the mental state of that child, parents; the adoption process, and problems before and after adoption that a child or parents face.

Instead of touching on all the sensitive issues, and superstitious beliefs, old traditions, if makers can handle only one issue and make the audience aware about it, that will be more than enough. It seems they are trying to serve khichdi, dosa, and pizza at the same time; the quality zero

I think, first of all, the topic they should cover is anger management and the role of a psychiatrist or psychologist in today's world. IMO, all of Anupama's characters need a psychiatrist.

Look, I'm not saying children are not happy or joyful who are in orphanage. But there are too many crap things happening in the show right now which makes zero sense absolutely.

And yes you are right, it's mostly only young kids ( babies or toddlers) that are adopted to ensure a healthy bond between parents and child. I wish you would have asked her, if this friend of Anuj is running an illegal orphanage, considering it doesn't come under govt laws - because they are giving a very unrealistic picture to the society. It almost looks like people have come to do shopping, found one pretty dress and picked it up to take it home

Sometimes i feel the other shows are much better than this one. Atleast they don't touch social issues and mess this up completely.

Another one i am terribly afraid off is the intercaste track they want to bring. The way they are handled DV and the way they are handling the adoption, i don't want this to happen. But this may just blow up in shahi's face in a really really bad way...

Plus the whole misinformation - MiMi had the same issue and that was raised and covered by all media possible. People watch movies and serials for entertainment yes but such issues are looked up to. You cannot make a mockery out of such issues. Many go through such difficulties. I'm sure her guardian/parents would've gone through something similar no?

They did this with DV too and received a major backlash and again this.

And yes - the intercaste track is the most silliest thing they could do - given their history of messing tracks up. and this is one is wayyyy to sensitive. one small goof up and the whole PH will be dragged to a point of no return. Again, not saying the track is wrong or the message isnt correct, but it doesn't go well with their history as simple.

It is your top running show - give some entertainment and blend the messages well. Such a simple thing. If we can understand and see this, can they not? Ok they are in the act and cannot but whatever happened to respecting feedback? Theres no harm in accepting that you are wrong no?

Even if it to please the friend or keep the Ambuja dostana, still makes zero sense to mock serious and sensitive issues like these.

This show is beyond repair now!

On RG and GK not supposedly liking the track, can they not put their foot down and stand up for it? Or are they just playing along thinking the fans will do what it takes? Or is it because they know that they will be phased out sooner? Idk man, RG relates to Anupamaa going by her ivs, then, she of all should stand up and stop them from making it all a joke no? Maybe she is bound by something pata nahi.

I really really feel bad for them - all their hardwork has come down to this. I hope they both simply call it quits and walk out (from the looks of it, FD on twitter has full plans on trending this track) post this blunder (a strike two blunder and it sadly won't stop here!!)

I just don't understand...beech mein adoption track kyun dala hain?If they were making way for Long term leap toh woh kapadias ke introduction and drama ke baad bhi toh kar sakte the

Ya phir jab Sach mein leap Lena tha tab adoption track dikhate...unless the adoption will actually turn out to be for Kinjal...but then this track could have been shown then also..instead agar tab dikhate toh aur aacha Lagat,because it would have been more relevant to the story then.

I’m no longer surprised by anything TBH ... If a team of women writers can whitewash an abuser , letting him get away scot free and then still claim about giving msg of women empowerment , there is not much to say ... !!!

Maybe the writers are not at fault and storyline’s mostly controlled by the PH , but in that case BV should keep quiet like the rest of her team and not try to justify the crap they are dishing out ...

I’m only surprised at how long most of us stuck it out ... Probably due to Gaurup, the interactions on this forum , the writings and GK ka pyaar ❤️.. Will never watch and get invested in an itv show again , atleast not from this PH

I honestly don't think actors are given that much leeway to interfere with the tracks unless like they are asked to play a negative character or an old character,or something that completely deviates from the character that they had signed up for...

So,the only solution for actors is either to leave the show or continue with whatever tracks are given to them.

And honestly,we as viewers are more attached to the storyline and onscreen characters.

Actors aren't to that extent.

And how much ever we don't like the storyline or anything,the show is still on number one position.

It's not always small kids who are adopted.

My cousin has adopted a 8 year old child as well,and it was through legal means only.

Honestly,I did not find the track per say bad.

I agree it's not that easy to adopt as shown in the serial.

But ultimately it's just a serial with an entertainment purpose not a documentary where they will show us the entire procedure and tedious tasks of adoption,it will get boring honestly.

So many serials also show surrogacy like it's a child's play, when in reality it has a lot of other rules and restrictions as well.

The problem is not with the track per say,it's with the timing of the track.

It doesn't fit in with the surrounding storyline at all.
