Adopted kids are not all this happy go lucky. They are scared, and usually come with deep trauma issues.

Even people want to adopt, the long process and assimilation of the kid in the new environment is challenging. This presents a rosy picture of the process and misinforming the viewers.

Not tagging, as all feel free to share your views.

Totally agree with your point of view - in US you need 10+ years of history, and references, financial standing, your own mental/emotional well-being, once you qualify, there are more classes to take, visits from case reps to check your home -if it's suitable for the child. It is a process that is long and once parents/children are united then the process of forming a family! BV has no sense of how to deal with such issues -
