It seems pretty obvious after today that Harsh knows Abhi's secret but not that Neil is a Birla, and that is mainly why Manjari is freaking out -- that is the truth that will ruin the family (for the time being) as per the really ominious foreshadowing. I guess the DNA issue won't be too concerning with Abhi since Harshvardhan is his father. But it may be an issue if he doesn't match with Manjari. But then Neil will have a match with Harshvardhan and Manjari and then people are going to be looking at Manjari and go you have a lot of explaining to do.
