Yes. Full chances of that but what will this be for? How will her baby lie separate Sairat? Does that indicate towards Sai losing her child (I am dreading) or she will feign depression and to not harm her and her baby Virat will emotionally support her?

For Patralekha to feign about being pregnant, she needs to have a motive, unless she loses her mind due to Samrat's death.

If Sai miscarries, and her health becomes to weak to conceive, then surrogacy can come, but I don’t think that even BK can stoop so low because Sammy just died..( ghar pe taza taza dehaant hua hai aur wo aisa nahi karegi)

now if sai suffers some serious injury and becomes infertile or some other reproductive issue.. then surrogacy can come, but not immediately..
