The new tactic I've seen here is to just make things up and then say "agree to disagree" and slink away. As if *facts* are something you can agree to disagree about. Facts are not debatable. But we're living in a post truth world so anything goes.

Rohatgi himself said that defamation cases don't lead to anything in india. It takes an entire lifetime and still won't get anywhere so nobody does it. The laws are simply not there.

Since all these discussions are based on news reports on what NCB found or have not managed to find and everyone here is using those same reports and drawing their own conclusions as proof I'm also entitled to believe the same reports.
Don't think NCB mentioned in their report whether he consumed the drugs or didn't consume drugs it only said that it didn't find evidence linking him to drug racketing.
If people can assume that he doesn't/didn't consume narcotic substances there are people who can assume that he consumed them.
