The issue however is that some responses just make it difficult....

As a health care professional who has worked throughout the pandemic with other members of the multidisciplinary team, it gets very ironic when I am given gyaan because no one understands more than me that everyone working at a hospital regardless of their qualifications has a role to play....

So excuse me if I don't post much because of such topics....

Anyways, still haven't finished watching today's episode; will come back when I am done.

Akshu is concerned that Abhi is missing work for her, but he assures her that he checked all of this patients before taking half of the day off. The Goenkas are talking about Kairav’s shaadi to Anisha and he doesn’t know where they stand. Then he says Aarohi has to get married first — yikes to both of these statements!

Neil has been employed as an admin type worker at the Birlas. He bumps into Aarohi and gets his nose hurt. They have some back and forth. Just then Aarohi overhears that Rudra came to the hospital and she gets pissed that he didn’t say hi to her. She calls what she thinks is the hospital landline, but it’s actually his cell. He riles her up majorly saying that Abhi only is letting her work there since she is his wife’s sister, that he said not to employ her, that he won’t sign her certificate if she goes, etc. He says that Abhi threatened him, so he can’t see her anymore. Aarohi is fuming. Rudra knows exactly what he is doing and Aarohi’s insecurities can be sensed from a mile away — she is walking straight into his trap now.

Abhira get to the hospital and Abhi looks immediately unsettled. Akshu says wow… she sees this as an opportunity to help people in need. That is her goal here. But, Abhi sees this is as a place that is taking advantage of the government’s money. He says that his problem is with the attitude of the doctors, who are acting like they are doing the patients a favor. He himself worked at government places during his internship & also at charity champs. What Abhi says is the is the reality of so many nonprofits!! They are entirely toxic. This isn’t about his OCD or him having issues with the people who are coming for treatment. This is about his moral compass. He treats everyone with respect and dignity, and he wants the same from everyone else. He is worried that Akshu won’t be respected here and that she will have a hard time. And, his concerns are totally valid. Akshu says that she has tolerated way worse, and that she thinks she can make a difference here. Abhi says that he isn’t worried about her capabilities and he agrees to let her go. This scene was extremely beautiful. It once again shows how Akshu sees the best in things & Abhi considers everything logically. But, once again, neither one of them were wrong!! And, they supported each other as always.

Harsh is upset that Abhi took half the day off to go with Akshu of course.

Abhi is so nervous in his office, as he is worried for Akshu. He keeps texting her to remind her that she has other options, and she knows that he is just looking out for her. Neil comes, and Abhi writes him a note to work hard & make him and Manjari proud. He is such a good brother. This scene was so cute!

Meanwhile at the hospital, a kid is crying and scared of a shot. Akshu sings and cheers up the entire hospital. The nurse who was forcing the kid now does it with kindness. The manager looks on with happiness. This is exactly who Akshu is & I am SO HAPPY that she is already thriving here. It was never about the money or accolades for her & she is going to be an amazing influence here!!

The precap is the same with an addition of 2 more letters from Akshu!! This time it will be Akshu’s offer or rejection and she is leaving it up to Abhi to choose. He of course will support her!!

Neil's first day at work:

So I am really curious what exactly does Neil want to do? He mentions how Harshvardhan just appointed him a job at the hospital and its some admin type work but he didn't ask him what he wanted to do. I will say this much for Harshvardhan at least he made him go work because truth is Neil was just sitting at home. There may be more I am sure we will get shown later on but we know Harshvardhan's methods aren't always nice but for now I will say Neil going to work is good for him. But of course if he is passionate un something else then he should be allowed to work in that field especially if he received education in that field.

I know we want to ignore this but Neil is serously scarying me. He was giving some goggly eyes and smiles to Arohi 🥺 when she was putting the ice pack on his nose.

Abhira:

So I am going to say some controversial things. I know Abhi talks a lot about support and everything. But sometimes I feel he says all these things but when it comes to committing to them when he's tested he sometimes has trouble following through. I know the scene was to point out how Abhi didn't like the feel of the charitable hospital and it isn't because its a charitable place but the atitudes of the doctors and staff but I couldn't help but feel he was being over protective because he was underestimating Akshu. He has identified qualities of Manjari in her and so he naturally wants to protect her. He has also always witnessed her in a situation where she seems helpless or is crying. But he hasn't truly witnessed what Akshu is really made of. She is far stronger than he realizes even if he says he does I feel he truly does not know yet. She has a degree and she has study hard for it. I am glad she told him she has done clinical work in places just like this. He has to let her fly even if he is worried. Always being in front to protect her will hamper her growth. And truth is he cannot be everywhere all at once.

I also like Akshu's attitude she's up for the challenge. She is also the type to lead by example. Sometimes it only takes one person with a positive mindset to bring light and change. And no work place is ideal there will always be issues and problems. I don't know why but I couldn't help but feel Abhi's "privilege" and even though he is humble and not overtly arrogant there is still some Birla pride in him. He has been lucky that the patients that go to his family hospital can pay for their services. The camps he opens are funded by Birla Hospital. I am sure most of the camps he attended in school were also fairly organized.

We got even more letters? 4 letters now one in Neil's hand, one in Parth's hand, and 2 in Akshu’s hand 😆 At least with Akshu we know its her job acceptance or rejection letter. The letters in his cousin's hands are still a mystery.

I feel like Abhi's dialogue of him knowing Akshu will support & protect him when he needs was foreshadowing of Aarohi's upcoming Rudra kaand & Akshu defending/protecting him...

As for Abhi underestimating Akshu, I really didn't find that to be the case! I think it is natural to be protective of someone you love. Abhi knows the reality of these types of hospitals -- it's not just about doctors not treating patients with respect. NGOs and nonprofits can be really toxic places for their employees too, especially when they are poorly managed and not well run. Speaking from personal experience, my family didn't want me working where I currently work for similar reasons, but that isn't because they doubted my capabilities. It is because they wanted me to be respected, safe, and valued at work! Abhi's concern really resonated with me personally and reminded me of my own experience haha 😆

But, I totally agree that Abhi needs to learn to let go a little. It was just like Akshu's dialogue that she knows he wants to support her, but if he keeps holding her hand, she cannot grow on her own. It will take him time, but he will get there. The way Akshu looks at him so sweetly when he is freaking out really does show that she has never had anyone care for her so deeply though, so I feel happy that she finally has someone who's priority is and always will be her!

As for Akshu -- retweet to everything! The scene of her singing entirely stole my heart! This is the essence of who she is. She sees the good and positivity in everything... and it radiates & carries into all she does!
