P.S. I started makeup when I turned 18. 😆

I was laughing my head off @ when you're engaged. 🤣 🤣

I can relate cuz I had no makeup on my entire high school either. Don't be fooled by my 10-year-old self in the other post. Only after I moved to my college dorm did I finally have that autonomy to do whatever the heck I wanted ... if only cuz I wasn't around my rents to be bossed around.😆 High school was a goddamn human furnace too.

Plucking brows is a pain in the butt cuz mine are very bushy too ... so much so that I learned how to thread my own brows just to save myself the biweekly trips. It's bliss!!! I get the job done in ten mins at home, and don't have worry about my brows falling into the wrong hands anymore.

with that said, I think we can look forward to two burn books on both of us by the resident stalker of the forum. with colorful "annotations" of their own, if you know what I mean.

I didn't have to pay for university fees since students here can get a loan from the government. So, the government was handsomely paying for the attention, but now it's coming out of my taxes. 😆

oh that's not very nice. They should be hitting guys like musk and buffett for taxes, not girls who were just trying to get some attention. So unfair I tell you😆

College dorm was your ticket to freedom and mine was uni. 😆 I don't even recognise the person in my high-school photos and apparently one student couldn't either. Years after school, I had updated my profile photo on social media, and a guy from school commented 'I don't remember you being this good looking in school'. I wanted to howl. Fcuker-kahin-ka couldn't have sent a private message to tell me that? Why did he post it for the world to see. I just laughed it off and said I'm a late bloomer, but really it was the makeup, plucked eyebrows and my face finally settling after puberty.

My eyebrows were never bushy. They just needed some cleaning (monobrow included), but boy oh boy, clean eyebrows make SUCH a big difference. I was fortunate because my eyebrows aren't very dark, but my close friend used to have thick caterpillar-looking eyebrows and it was pitch black. Her mother used to say the same thing 'you can get your eyebrows done when you're engaged'. Poor girl used to have bangs (similar to Aradhya), just to hide her brows. I had to convince her mum that no one will want to marry her daughter if she doesn't let her clean them leech-looking-thangs. Must be an Afghan mum thing. 😆

You're so lucky to learn how to thread. I get my eyebrows done every 2-3 weeks. The only skill I have to my name is the generic ability to curl my hair with a straightener or curling wand. If only we lived in the same country. I could've curled your hair and you could've helped thread my eyebrows. Win-win situation for the both of us.

Ah yes, the resident stalker would probably relish on the idea of your bushy eyebrows and my monobrow. I hope they dream of them tonight. 😉

It couldn't be helped if my newly plucked eyebrows and shiny forehead beckoned their attentions. I was just minding my own business and thankful that I had two eyebrows instead of one. 😆

yeah I can see how having two eyebrows would be a great help. Would definitely make you look twice as nice as having just one brow. 😛Ever think of making it four by piercing each one?😆

I love it when people act like I dropped their jaws with my "transformation" .... no shame there at all, girl, it means you're really owning it. and it's a great filter -- whoever failed to see your inner beauty during your worst days don't deserve you during your best days. 😼

OMG, and I feel for your friend. I did not have caterpillar brows but they were thick for sure, and I know exactly what you mean -- clean brows make all the difference. it can literally make or break your face seriously. I know not to underestimate even one or two stray brow hairs. and never underestimate the power of fillers too ..... they can really amp it up too--but I'm sure you already know that, with your makeup expertise and all. 😆 I gotta run now, but it was so nice catching you after a long time... so it feels anyway. See ya later. :)

Make it thrice as nice. Do you remember Deepika's monobrow in Padmavat? Yikes! 😆

Golden Bollywood — Padmaavat (2018)

I've never considered piercing my eyebrows, I don't have the image or style to make them look justified. I have considered piercing my cheek so I can get a dimple scar but I managed to talk myself out of it. I've got three piercings in each ear and I used to have a nose piercing. I think that's enough for me. Have you got any? Why not make your eyebrows four as well? 😃

Likewise, it was great catching up with you. The forum is such a ghost town right now. I hardly login these days unless a topic is worth commenting on. 😆 Have a good day and we'll chat soon 🤗
