not addicted to either anymore. But back in college, I would have tons of coffee... to be able to pull all-nighters before exams 2 or 3 nights in a row. Had to do that to make up for bunking classes all semester. Wonderful stuff, that coffee. And I even got straight As to show for all that consumption.😆

Tea nowadays just when I am with mom. Tea and english biscuits.

so you were one of those smart alecks who didn't even have to show up to lectures and still walked at the end of the semester with A's. You have a special place in hell for that. 😆

on topic, I'm a coffee addict all the way, but I have been meaning to detox ... not sure when I actually will though.

i was able to wean off coffee by first cutting out the cream and then the sugar. It never tasted the same and I was able to stop after a while.

yeah those grades were embarrassing, especially when you've been copying assignments from your friends and they get Bs. Really not done. 😆Thankfully those friendships survived the grades but I remember feeling bad for them at the time.😆

very embarrassing indeed ... not for you but your friends. reminds me of when I helped a friend write a paper once where she made an A while my own paper managed just a B. Cuz I was too busy making her paper look pretty, I'm sure, and neglected my own. As of today, I have that friend restricted on my insta cuz I don't trust her at all. 😆

😆well, sorry to say but you did deserve a B if you actually spent time trying to make it look pretty for her. B for not being very BRIGHT there.😆

sometime later, i must have cleaned up my act because i was helping them out with hw and stuff. So while I like telling the story above, that was the case only initially. 😆
