I want to know if there is any law & order in Nagpur? It’s been a day since the incidence, investigation still underway & Sai gets served by court for compensation? Without any trial, confirmation of her guilt? The legal system acting in lightening speed?

And then on the other hand goons can barge in ACPs house & not get arrested? Why do Virat & family have to worry about consequences of hurting Jagtap but Jagrltap doesn’t have to think twice before entering & threatening members in a private hone?

No, there’s no such law in India. First, the case will go for a criminal trial, and if she’s found guilty then she’ll be awarded the punishment (prison time 1-25 years), life sentence, and death sentences) is given to the guilty, and the fine is given to the state (Nagpur) because a crime against a human being is a crime against public. In Sai’s case it’s medical negligence, not murder (again don’t expect logic from the CD), secondly if the family wants compensation, they can file a separate case in the district court as a civil case.

* You see under civil trial if it’s established that Sai caused his death (if not established under then criminal trial) then only she’ll have to pay compensation. Otherwise they won’t get thenga! 👎🏼
