I think this is trap... She will try to harm imlie or she will manipulate aryan for being infertile n then she will caught red handed with saboot till then nargis will come...

When iMlie came up after that accident with NARGIS…Aryan did mentioned that they will look after her …They might met her and found out truth about JO….and all this pregnancy track might be the trap to catch JO red handed with her bad deeds…

There are no chances of Aryan doubting iMlie or their separation….something is coming along in this track.
