Rights are with music label, what if his music label sold rights of the song to Dharma?

The singer should sue the music label that gave Dharma the rights instead of going after Karan. Production houses like Dharma aren't chindi to use music without buying rights. You can go across any movie of theirs, the always credit the people in the begining of the film.

Which label owns the rights to the original song? If they haven't given the rights to T-Series then Abrar will win this.

Although honestly...I love the original and it shouldn't have been remade, at least not by Bollywood.
