You can not compare these two scenario.
If you pay attention when he says I thought it was apurva and do not misunderstand me, appu had smirk of satisfaction on her face. She knows netra way to better than Khadus she understood it’s netra ka game.

BTW. I just saw today's episode of KKIS in less than 2 mins and I have to say all my anger at BS lessens so much when I see Anu! I swear even pregnant woman do not have as many mood swings as Anu does!!! 😆

Oh yea! I think even if Appu kind of forgives him for all of this, at the end of the year, she will probably bring all of this back to cement her decision of leaving!!! Unless the makers have us all become Team Khadus again in the meantime, I think we will enjoy his tadap then too!
