Mira was for 55 episodes? I didn't realize. Then it's actually too much.

For now, I'll wait for his character and then make a judgement. As long as he doesn't change MPT dynamics or has an romantic angle with Haseena, I don't mind for how many days he stays for.

But if he affects MPT relationship in negative way or turns out to be Hassena's love interest, I'll ready to say goodbye to him within 5 days.

@Bold: No, he is not in yrkkh. Harshad Chopra is playing a lead there. BUT yes he'll be a temporary character I assume.

@Red: Same here! I'm not ready for love story not because of Anuseena but because they ruin cop shows. Best example being Ziddi Dil.

I really don't think they will go with a love story. And seriously there is no need of a love story in this show. The characters are happy as they are.

If he is male version of KS, then I'm eager to see competition between MPT and him. Bhai koi toh strong opponent ho. But if he is another version of Bulbul Pandey, please let him go after 10 episodes. I hope for once MPT has a competition with an equally efficient team. What's the use of winning over bunch of fools?

Hehe i am sorry for not being so active. It's assigment crunch period (RIP my GPA) and I'm working on a new edit for MS (suppose to be for the 500 episode celebration but i didn't have time) and i haven't gotten around watching since Saturday's episode.

But i plan to catch on all episodes and disccussions by tonight. See yall soon.

Seeing all your opinions I'm probably the only odd one out here. I actually liked the guy, I felt he's neither a chauvinist like Bulbul nor overly sweet like Anubhav, just a dedicated-to-duty officer who has his way of working. I really hope he's respectful despite their differences and doesn't bring up men vs women because, I'm so done with that same argument in every case. Can we see a normal man who sees women as equals and fights with them as equals?
Now don't throw chappals at me but I thought that he and HM would make a good pair, both looks and personality wise (if he is how I understood from first impression - respectful, mannered, strong, confident, good leader, passionate, workaholic, patriotic). Guy appears young and just the right balance of charming and authoritative, just what I had imagined for our HM.

BUT I do agree Komal, I not a fan of love stories in cop shows either. As much as I'd love to see this pair, I don't want it to turn into full fledged romance. Maybe after 10-20 episodes he and team move back to their original posting, then him and HM can talk occasionally on the phone like KS and Lalla. They can keep dating long-distance like that till the show ends.

I think its kind of triggered by all the Kareena-as-a-couple shippers who are hell bent on getting KS divorced so she can freely romance HM. If HM is no longer single those fans might just tone it down a bit. Also, sadistic but I want to see Gulki properly romance onscreen 😆 I didn't really find any chemistry between her and Rahil sir, plus the way their scenes were written nearly gave me diabetes. But I think her and Savi have a spark so they can make a better pair, and because of his tough character their scenes wouldn't be as lovey-dovey either.

Can we keep Santu the happily single one forever? I guess by default that would keep Cheetah single as well🤣 but that's okay.

At the risk of sounding like a hypocrite let me add that this was literally what I was thinking after I rewatched that promo...even I want to see a respectful character in this show for once...

🤣 Even I want Ms massomiyat to be single but she's been mentioning how her ideal partner should be in the recent episodes so that kind of leaves me confused.

We are on same page here. Like I mentioned before I want to see him as efficient as MPT and in positive role. I remember in CID, there were few cases that gave tough time to the team but in Maddam Sir, no villain was better than MPT. Even Rani and Barbie could hardly fool them for 2-3 days. Let him be a better opponent. Even if he is a male chauvinist, at least give his POV better. There is no need to show every villain as a fool or every new entry as villain.

Guy is good but I really don't want Haseena to fall for him. I know I'm being biased but I can't help with my disliking for love story in cop shows.. I prefer my Haseena to be single. Even my other fav shows like Arjun and special squad had explored romance but the stories couldn't reach their end. The feelings were never confessed and I was happy about that.

For once I gave try to ziddil dil and I ran away after first 30-40 episode. The show was an army show but they turned it into just a love story.

But tbh, I want a show that changes my perspective. A well balancing of romance and duty.

Even I'm fed up with those Kareena fans who ship them as couple. I mean bro, how many times did they admit they are friends. When will you understand Karishma is married and passionately in love with her husband. There was a time when Haseena was complete into Anubhav. So how did you even get the idea of shipping them as couple. But trust me a male companion for Haseena won't shut them up. They never accepted Anubhav because they wanted Kareena to be end game. They will not accept Amar as well. They are into their own world.

Even I was not a fan of Anuseena but please don't throw flying chappals at me, I liked chemistry of Rahil and Gulki. So whenever I used to think what made people ship Anuseena to such an extent, I only had one answer, it's their chemistry. Perhaps so even if I didn't like Anuseena, I loved Rulki. They pulled off scenes very well 😆

But I think her and Savi have a spark so they can make a better pair, and because of his tough character their scenes wouldn't be as lovey-dovey either.

Since we talked about Kareena fans, I'd like to wish Savi all the best. He is entering into fandom where many people have already made up mind not to accept him. Of course, the Anuseena and Kareena (who ship them as couple) fans. I saw few VMs on Insta where people have started making VMs on Kareena on sad songs with scenes in promo 🤣 Dono fandom ke dil mein kanjhar chala h. But I'm sure like Mira, he'll leave the show with fans loving him. People were insecure about Mira's entry as well but she became such a loved character later on.
