So I've a notion. When they had the bedroom hug recently where imlie tells him about her conflict with meethi, and he takes all the blames. It takes her back to when he asked her not to return after purandas and also when he gave her choice before 7th phera.

That's how she knows he loves her.

From Mirchi bazaar incident she felt Aryan is more than a friend but his continual denial as a friend hurt her deep inside and first time when she saw he is fighting for his life, she realized she fallen on love with him and she can't live without him.. after that she always had a little hope inside he will acknowledge it one day and glad it happened today.

i think tht moment she ws sure he loves her but she hd doubt tht he love her from before only.

first time she ask him abt pyaar was when he bought T-house she keep asking who boss buy such a big house for employee? or friend for friend? only some one who loves can buy but she stop the word "pyaar" n he said maqsad in that scene. but even day before that scene when he came to T house n catch her from falling after malini push n that scene ws all abt haq actually. u see how she want to give him explanation that time only cos she knw he is angry she came there n when he tell ehr i cannot see u get insulted all the time n come in 5 mins if you know ur place she just go because she knew why he came but not pyaar.

2nd time she test him in scene after he move to T house at night purposely she ask if i go up n up n up (in love) then he say, main seedhi nikaal doonga n she say i will fall, he said i will not let u fall. Imlie know but they change topic... 3 Malini PF planning few times n Mirchi bazaar n then hospital scene when she call him ghonchu... full marriage track she want to know why he want to marry but he ddnt open mouth n she ws angry n frustrated. so tht meethi scene she got confident abt his feeling i think

After Aryan's *car ko agni missile jaise bhagawat* wala accident, Imlie started to acknowledge his pain and trauma from his BIL's death and offered to aid him instead in finding the truth rather than pulling off cheap stunts to embarass him.

When BM BD try to instil doubts about Imlie going to the office at odd hours of the night, he openly declares that lmlie can never betray anyone and no matter what he trusts her. He says the same to AKT and that's when she gets a hint about Aryan's immense respect towards her and their marriage and starts accepting their relationship.

When he lets her go the second time, she gets an inkling of his feelings towards her. When they have a conversation about how she mistreated her mother for forcing her to marry him, that's when she gets a second jhatka about his feelings 😉 And then when they get all touchy feely and flirty usko thoda aur zyaada jhatka laga😉

Finally When N turns all vicious and spits vile things to her leaving her heart broken and he comforts her and stands for her against everyone refusing her to compromise in any means, I think that's when she realizes his love for her.
