I don't think it's directed to Neil in anyway...neil and aish are apple of his eyes.. So no way he would throw indirects towards them..
However this actor needs counselling on how to separate personal and professional life.. He should not make uncomfortable his colleagues while working.. The obvious uneasiness in Ayesha is visible due to his lack of professional conduct...

I think from CD perspective even if the story is taking turns the leads have the potential to keep the audience engaged but here the ML is only worried about his personal life and how to get projects based on his personal! Sam rishta deserves I repeat it deserves the 2 nd position in each and every respect. They respect audience and always focus on leads. They have been working very hard for it.
