If u have access to hot water bottle or even just warm water then dip a cloth in warm water and apply. Garam sekh usually helps. It will look worse in the morning but will fade eventually don't worry.

Ai pooch mat. All the strength literally left my body. First day cudnt keep anything down. Khaate hi in some time bahar aa raha tha. So went to doc. Stomach bug bola and gave some tablets.Aaj better hai. Episodes aaj hi dekhe but seriously bore hai. Only thing I'm waiting for is fateh tanya tashan. That wud be interesting to watch.
