I do not blame Abhi for his anger at all. Anyone will be angry if they constantly seeing their loved one being abused. His anger is justified. But I think he doesn’t realizes that his anger has always made things worse for his mother and Akshu. He doesn’t know how to deal with his anger in the correct way and I think Akshu will be the one to teach him how to deal with it in a way that will also make Harsh realize he’s wrong.

Akshu will for sure change the whole the dynamics of the Birla House and change all the relationships for the better. At the end of the day, that is the whole essence of this show. Just like how O.G Akshara dealt m with the Singhanias and changed their lives - teaching them to balance both traditions with modernity, how Naira improved the relationships in the Goenkas house and taught Mimi and Bade Papa to not be so anal about everything…our baby Akshu will follow the same legacy and teach the Birlas how to treat everyone with love and respect and teach them how to balance their personal and professional lives.

I cannot wait for Abhira to emerge as the power couple!!! There is going to be major drama once Parth decides to return to the hospital though, because then Mahima will return against Abhi too. We will then get Harsh vs. Mahima, but maybe at that point, Harsh would have already accepted Akshu. Let's see. So much drama in the future!
