I just received news one of my office colleague who was in his mid 30's died of massive attack. He was driving when he felt pain in his chest. Called his family member. By the time they took him to the hospital he passed away.

This guy I believe didn't even have any history of heart ailment. It was so sudden

Heart attack is very shocking these days. Seemingly normal healthy folks in their 30-40s are dying. U take care of yourself too. Death this sudden impacts everyone

One of my brother's friend he was 32 ,he too died of heart attack.within few seconds no body could understand anything nd he was declared dead.he was fit nd healthy.same happened with his boss too,had breakfast sat on sofa was watching tv suddenly all heard a noise of something falling down all rushed to him nd saw he was fallen down they rushed him to nearby clinic was he was declared dead.no one was able to believe none of family has any history he was too fit he was fine in mrg too.he was 39.

Nowadays cases r coming from age 30 to 40.many youngsters who r fit nd healthy have attack nd die within few seconds or minutes.

Its to scary nd tensed moment.i have started to add less oil salt in food nd avoiding oily foods.dad is not liking it but am really scared for my family health.

Whatever is going to happen it will happen but atleast I want to take some precautions.its so sad to hear of young guys death . another reason is stress too many can't really handle the pressure of work their personal life etc.

I've always thought if they wanted to show a bit of Rheabir, they could probably draw on them growing up together and having things in common that Prachi didn't understand or felt like an outsider watching them. Generally, there are class specific commonalities- could be a taste in music or what they watch or the way they approach/do things.

Just saw someone call Rhea's character Manjulika on Twitter, and while I haven't watched KKB for a long, long time, it kinda fits on the current actress and some of her expressions as Rhea. 😆

OG Pranbir will always be one of my most favourite ships ever. I have never been hooked to any of such longass, stretching, annoying show for any other couple. We got a non problematic journey of 664 episodes. And thats huge.
