Lovely review Pooja and Hope!! (I have read only first few pages of the thread and wanted to put in my thoughts first so apologies if I end up repeating same things as any of you guys)

The drama was so loud today and at one point I felt akshu was literally going like

Glad that they balanced the drama with such a nice dance sequence (I agree with you hope that it could have been placed better) and of course Abhira + Neil scenes which are always a treat to watch. ❤️

On a lighter note, seems like not just abhi’s dreams regarding akshu are coming true but so are his nightmares about neil + Akshu becoming one team and sidelining him. Haha! But I am sure abhi won’t mind that even a bit and nor would we. 😉

On a positive note, I am glad that along with her ever loving husband, akshu also has Manjari to guide her and neil to lighten up her mood in that hell house.

Abhimanyu: I am so so proud of abhi today. Everyday we think , abhi cannot get any better and then he does something like this and keeps setting the bar so so high. My respect for him increased 10 fold today (if that’s even possible) because:

a) he stood up for Manjari and Akshu (he always does but still)

b) he shouted at harsh- it may not have been the most effective solution (and Akshu will soon teach him better ways to handle these situations) but seriously if I was in abhi’s place, I don’t think I would have been able to control my emotions and anger as well. Harsh is the king of pigs! And I am so angry that I am just gonna use a bunch of emojis to express myself better 🤬🤯😤🤢🤮

c) he did not try to impose his thoughts on akshu and asked her to observe and form her own opinion and have her own POV.. He truly values akshu, not just for her beauty or purity of soul or golden heart but also for her thoughts, opinions and POV. And it speaks so highly on the kind of upbringing and moral values that Manjari has instilled in him. Because clearly, he has not gotten that progressive mindset from Harsh for sure. 🙄🙄🙄

Akshara: Everyone is eagerly waiting for akshu’s decision in that music therapy department conflict and it can go either of these two ways according to me:

1. she can quit her career: I have my doubts about this as she has been shown to be in love with her work. Even when she had left her job on Manish’s insistence (post confession), she was truly heartbroken at the thought on not being able to help patients and then started volunteering at Manaksh camp. But again, akshara has activated her “self destruct” button in past (rejecting abhi and taking blame for Manjari’s accident) and I so wish to god that her self destruction button is limited only to saving arohi/abhi and does not extent to others. 🤔
2. She can quit Birla hospital and work elsewhere: this would make for a much more sensible way to end the conflict. HAM don’t want the department and abhi does not want her to quit her dreams and career. So by taking this decision, she is able to find a middle ground and pacify both HAM and abhi. If she does this, I am sure she will explain to abhi that just like him, she became a music therapist to help patients and that she does not need a big department or 5star hospital to do that. Later, we can have an incident that requires only akshu music therapy as the solution and HAM can bring her back to Birla hospital with full respect.

Let’s see what happens. But I have to give credit to the makers as this track is much more interesting than accident or arohi focused track.

On a lighter note, I know a lot of people were waiting for abhi’s resignation 3.0 but instead we might get akshu’s resignation 2.0 😆😆😆

I agree!! Todays episode was very toxic. Birla’s are being really cruel to Ak. HCs ott gelled hair looks really bad. He needs a hair cut and less gel and yes, he needs rest too. Dance was also very unnecessary. But I liked Abhi and Ak’s conversation. Abhi told her to make her own judgements and not follow him - was really nice

The dynamics and the track they are heading on is getting me really interested. Of course Abhira romance is nice but I'm more interested in the family issues that seem to be like a Pandora's box of horrible gifts and firsts for Akshu to witness up close everyday. Poor girl must be thinking "I knew it was bad but never did I imagine it to be this bad." She's probably thinking how am I going to fit in and how can we make things better. I mean Abhi cannot be dancing everyday or every other day just to try and make Akshu smile and forget about some horrible fight she witnessed downstairs 🤔 😆

I feel bad for Shefali too I can only imagine how scary that was to see Abhi fight with his father for the first time. And even if she cared to let's say understand or try to help in some way I'm sure Mahima and even Parth probably told her not to worry about it. It's like every family for themselves and then even with in that family every couple for themselves and then every individual for themselves for the Birlas. No one wants to acknowledge the issues that are happening or they feel powerless to help or they hide in the work/school/room as a coping mechanism to all the unpleasant things happening in the family.

Kairav sensed immediately something was up when he saw Akshu. The brother-sister bond feeling is back again. If he finds out what is going on he will be upset with Abhi but at the same time Abhi is technically doing what he can to protect Akshu but he just doesn't realize his method may not be the best solution. But for him it is one that has some value and has worked in the past. But the question remains has it changed any attitudes or thinking? No, it hasn't. And I'm going to bring back an Anisha call back regarding her comment about how suffocating it felt to live in the Birla household. Now, of course she was speaking more about the pressures her parents had on her trying to make her a doctor. But I'm sure part of it was also the fighting that happens daily in the house not just between her and her parents but maybe Parth and her parents and Abhi and his father. Truthfully Parth is probably jealous that Anisha got the courage to run away from the house. At least she is free from the Birla House of Horrors. And she is going out to do what she wants to do regardless if her parents agree with it or not because obviously they never did so the only solution was to run away. Anand and Mahima should take half the blame of that issue but because both of their egos are too big they won't admit that they were wrong. Instead they just double down on the fact that Anisha ran away and they fell a little in the face of society. Harshvardhan is doing the same thing. His ego is preventing him from seeing his faults in the equation with Abhi and Manjari.

It's going to be interesting in what Akshu says. I wonder if she will simply resign at Birla Hospital and then go find work elsewhere. I personally feel like that would be the best solution. She could go work somewhere else and start to get recognition for her work in the music therapy field. Then it would be a good slap in HAM's face. And in many ways I want Akshu to earn her way into Birla Hospital. If you think about it she was initially rejected by Mahima. Then later offered the Music Department only because Mahima was at the time team Abhira and decided to make the unliteral decision of creating this department and bring Akshu on board. So without any proper reasoning by pure relation only she was brought into Birla Hospital. Whatever decision Akshu is making at least she is standing up and between Abhi and Harshvardhan. And what I mean by this is for the longest time Manjari has been ping-ponged about due to either Harshvardhan or Abhi's decisions. They "speak" for her most of the time. Akshu is showing the family she is not Manjari and she has a voice and a mind of her own. She will speak and make decisions for herself especially about her career. Harshvardhan will think he's won in bring some division between Akshu and Abhi but he will be surprise that Abhi will most likely support Akshu's decision. Who says her career has to begin and end with Birla Hospital? She can practice anywhere.
