That's funny but I think it's true of many many many many many many films. It's just that we didn't quite have a verifiable recorded data source reference: aka pre-IMDB/wikipedia

A few years ago, I spent months and months watching old films from 1930s-1950s, and I did find that those stories have just been rehashed in the 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s etc 🥳

Back in the day, they used to remake old films without acknowledging that it is a remake. And nobody could go on Twitter or Bollywood Forums to chat about it because it was 1981 and we didn't have those things then 🤪neither was there an IMDB to check, nor Netflix to see original versions in different languages. Today, there's no where to hide, so they have to give the reference, also copyrights laws.

I really really hated Sooryavanshi and Simmba so I am not looking forward to this at all. ❤️
