I think they were just the shares right, of Kumar and sons ltd? It can’t be Jeet Kumar’s entire property… this might be one part of his business, not the entirety 🤷‍♀️

May be he is, if it’s a private company, then, asset assessment happens right?, specially if partners are involved… there is no way sr. Babbar would not know of the papers being made as they can’t be made without his consent, and Kumar’s transfer of his part of his shares must be approved by Babbar too as he is investing and name partner, going ahead to transfer it without co-signatory 🤔

this in itself can be a civil case … & cheating me Kumar and vk can be arrested 😆 Babbar was already doing shady shit, so he is already a criminal that is given..
